Lauren was so sweet and helpful while we were away. I was very nervous to leave my cats but she made it possible and sent photos and videos to help alleviate my anxiety. We love Charlotte. Our pets obviously feel so safe with her and she has taken the time to get to know them. She also made herself super available last minute when we were out of town on an emergency basis. We always travel easy knowing that our cars will be well cared for.
