Cat Sitting in Madison Heights

Jessica was outstandingly patient with my extreme fear of my house and cats being looked after by a relative stranger. Even when I made my neighborhood sound scary by mistake (it just has loud, drunk college kids sometimes), she stuck it out and didn’t get upset when I threw a lot of information at her at once. I am eternally sorry for being so high strung and even more eternally grateful she had the patience and kindness of a saint. Absolutely would recommend her to others.

I’m super grateful to Isabella, who was able to accommodate us extremely last minute! Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our vacation with the peace of mind that our cat was being taken care of :)

We are very thankful for Isa! Not only did she make herself available without much notice, but her professionalism, ,skill and kindness as she interacts with animals and their parents is what we all hope to find in a pet sitter. When we do find such a gem, we want to stay connected to such a wonderful person who takes such good care of our baby. We found a wonderful sitter last year who always takes care of our girl, but sometimes our last-minute request find her not available. We never thought we could ever find someone to trust since our usual sitter goes so above and beyond. I’m so thankful to be proven wrong by finding Isa! Heather was an excellent sitter for my three cats — Prince Mittens, Sunny Sunshine, and Midnight Moon. Her calm, gentle demeanor made a big difference for Sunny and Midnight, who can be shy, and she was patient, letting them warm up at their own pace. She communicated clearly, sent updates and photos, and even made time for a live video call so I could see and talk to my fur babies. She also did a great job house-sitting, leaving everything clean and in perfect shape. I would absolutely book Heather again without hesitation — she’s calm, reliable, and truly cares for your pets, and I highly recommend her to anyone with shy or sensitive cats.
