She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her if you need a sitter. This is my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was very thorough and did exactly what I asked of her. She made sure to update me throughout the process and even helped me navigate the app since I was a first timer. My kitten was so happy with her company. We felt sad to leave him for the first time, but YiYi really relieved a lot of stress that we had by providing excellent and caring service. Also, she take great pictures!! I struggle to get a good picture of my cat, but she sent me like 20 stunning pictures! Awesome work! Can’t thank her enough.

Samantha was amazing with my sweet girls! She made sure they received lots of attention, love, and care while I was away. When I unexpectedly had to extend my trip, she was incredibly flexible and graciously continued caring for them, which gave me such peace of mind. I truly appreciated the updates and knowing that Princess Leia and Stella Bella were in such good hands. They were happy, well cared for, and clearly loved having Samantha look after them. Princess Leia and Stella Bella are going to miss you, Samantha! Maddy was absolutely wonderful taking care of my dog. He’s a little older, and takes time to warm up to people but he became instantly attached to Maddy! She provided detailed updates as to how he was doing and what they got into, along with pictures so I can see how much fun he was having with her. I’m so happy he was well taken care of while I was away!

Hannah is wonderful! She stepped in last minute when our other sitter became unavailable. Our dogs were well taken care of and she kept us to date if there were any issues (which there was not). Thank you and would recommend.
