Dog Boarding in Mechanicsville

Matt was super great and communicative about my dogs stay. He was very receptive to understanding her old lady needs and let me know if there were any changes big or small, positive or negative especially with her behavior, as I was worried she may be too sassy. Finn came back relaxed and well-loved!

Amy and Chris took such good care of our girl. Daily photos of her having fun and snuggling with the family made my heart so happy while away. I can’t thank them enough!

I struggle to trust people with my pets, but I would 100% trust Cyndi to watch Harlow again. She sent me multiple photos and updates everyday, and she showed me a lump on his leg that she found. Cyndi is very thorough and obviously cares a lot about the pets that come into her home.

Peyton went above and beyond. My dogs are not used to boarding and my female gave her a run for her money. Thank you for doing a great job and handling more than you bargained for.

Jessie delivered exactly what we and Luna needed. He is accommodating and follows instructions. He also makes sure that your pet gets the exercise they need. We are able to leave Luna with her without worry as we know she will have fun and be taken care of. Highly recommend!

Raye was amazing and sent so many pictures and videos so we could stay up to date with Ziggy :) She is a real professional and you could tell all the pups were having a great time with her and playing together. Would definitely recommend and we will be back! Thanks Raye 😃

Nicole took such great care of our dog Riley! Riley had an upset stomach while she was there and needed to go out more often than normal and Nicole was very patient with her and accommodating. She also kept up with Riley’s multiple medicines she had to take. I felt very comfortable leaving Riley with Nicole and will rebook again.

Damacia watched my two dogs for a week and they had a great time! Damacia sent frequent updates and replied quickly when I had a specific question about how they were doing.

Hilary and her husband were so warm and accommodating to Ellie and us! They went above and beyond - taking her to the dog park, on walks, interacting with other dogs. They are very caring dog-lovers and any pup in their stay is in the best of hands! We are so lucky to have had their care!

Another great stay with Eric! He is very communicative, and Sheba has so much fun playing non-stop with his dog Bucky.

My dog Mina is a senior chihuahua with a bit of a temper and can be extremely difficult to work with. Starlynn went above and beyond with her care. I have never seen Mina as calm and cozy with someone new like this. Cannot recommend Starlynn enough!

So grateful that Jay was available with only a week's notice after my original sitter fell through! She was a wonderful communicator and kept me in the loop during my entire trip and I was so happy to be able to receive all of the awesome pics that she sent me of both of my pups. She has a great home with a fenced in backyard and helped my pups acclimate to the new space and new dogs for meet and greets. Thank you for such a great experience!

Kendra was amazing! Our girl Thea seemed to have such a great time. We got twice a day updates and tons of photos! Our pup doesn’t normally eat much for the first day or so when we’re away and this was not the case at all with Kendra. Clearly she was comfortable and loved on very much! Would love to have Kendra watch our girl again in the future if needed!

Donetta offered excellent care for my terrier, Oliver. Her understanding of terriers made things easy! Plus Ollie got to play with a few other dogs during his stay. Would definitely book with Donetta again!

Zach was a fantastic dog sitter. He took serious consideration of my dogs wants and needs and implemented them. The fact that he works from home gave me such peace of mind knowing that my dog would have companionship for the majority of the day. And when Zach says he loves being outside and active with dogs, he means it! I think my pup got more exercise with Zach than I've given her in years lol. Will be keeping him bookmarked for future sitting needs. Thanks, Zach!

As always, my dog, cabbage, loved his stay with jeff! When we pulled up to drop cabbage off, he knew instantly which house to go to and immediately greeted jeff with lots of tail wags and kisses!

Indi had another great stay with Elizabeth. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was in good hands. We’ll definitely be booking with Elizabeth again soon.

Wylie is amazing! She took my two dogs into her home and life on pretty short notice and they had a blast. I got constant pictures of them running and playing in her yard with her sweet dog Daisy and a couple of other pals, as well as chilaxing on the conch and in their beds happy and peaceful in her lovely home. She has a huge, safe, and spacious yard that is open for the dogs to go in and out as they need. I was a nervous mom and she was calm and so pleasant with me. Highly recommend!!

I’ve used Sue and Josh a number of times now and they’re wonderful! They always take great care of my dog. This past weekend she was having itchy paws and they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and cared for while I was away. They provided lots of updates to me as well. Appreciate them so much!
