Dog Boarding in Mechanicsville

Miguel and his wife were perfect hosts for Lucha. I got plenty of pictures, videos, and general updates on how she was doing. She had such a fantastic time with their two dogs and they both clearly understand dog behavior very well and know when to step in if necessary. She seemed very comfortable there and when she got home she immediately fell asleep so clearly she had a lot of fun - will ABSOLUTELY book with them again

Myrna did a fantastic job watching our dog on very short notice! He's a 14 year old yorkie mix so he's got some anxiety issues but Myrna was so good getting him to calm down and settle in and eat and feel safe. She took such good individualized care of him, sent us pictures and kept us updated the whole time. She had so many good reviews and high ratings, and she absolutely lived up to it! Thank you again for everything Myrna!

Brody absolutely loves spending time with Jennifer and the other dogs! We always know he’s had a good time because he spends the next three days sleeping after leaving Jennifer’s :)

Cyndi was excellent with Gigi. She sent pictures which I thoroughly enjoyed and they helped to keep me relaxed. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to using her again!

Matt is attentive to your dogs needs and respectful. He gave me daily updates and pictures during my pets boarding stay. My fur baby looked well cared for when I picked him up. Matt is awesome with dogs!

Susan loved on our pup just like we do! She was great at communication and went the extra mile to give Bugsy his allergy medicine despite him being a bit of a baby. ;) We would definitely use Susan again!

Jeanette was incredibly responsive and so friendly. She and her family welcomed our dog into their home and she became one of their pack. She shared lots of photos and videos and our dog enjoyed having all day playtime and being able to sleep in their room - she was more spoiled with Jeanette than she is at home! I'll note, we have a very active dog with some anxiety and she had no issues and was so well taken care of. Thank you Jeanette!!

Best sitter ever! Amy definitely loves animals & loves what she does. Great communication. I received updates on my pup w/o having to ask. Malfoy was definitely loved in her home & had a great time. Would definitely rebook.

Jay is an amazing sitter! She sends us pictures of our dog a few times a day during her stay. Jay communicates any changes to the pick up and drop off schedule in a timely manner. She also informs us of any inclement weather in the area that may change normal routine or activities. Our dog loves it so much at Jay’s house!

Jonathan took AMAZING care of my three dogs over a holiday weekend! He sent daily check ins and pictures / videos of our dogs and always communicated with me rapidly when I reached out. He let us know ahead of time that we didn’t provide enough food so we were able to get a drop off scheduled ahead of time to prevent our dogs running out over the weekend while we were gone. Highly recommend Jonathan to others needing a sitter and will be using his services again in the future!

Raye was excellent to work with. Her dog Ollie is very chill. He got along great with my Charlie. Raye was very good about sending me daily updates and pictures!

I always get nervous leaving my dog with someone new, but I could tell right off the bat this family would be a perfect fit! The girls gave my dog lots of love and attention! He looked like another member of their family by the end of my trip, which was perfect :)

Nicole was great with my dog Jazzy! She sent lots of photos and updates, and Jazzy looked totally at ease. It was clear she felt right at home. I’d definitely trust Nicole to watch my fur child again!

Aaren & Jordan took excellent care of my dog. She was very anxious the first night and they went above and beyond trouble shooting to help her feel comfortable for the remainder of her stay! They are great communicators, provided us with plenty of updates and our dog with long walks. Would recommend they to anyone!

Peyton was amazing with Max. I loved that she always kept us up to date and kept Max safe! This was my first time and I know I will be brining Max here again. We left him for 3 full days and he got to play with other dogs and also play with Peytons baby. She was always easy to get a hold off and was responsive by text throughout the day. Thanks Peyton! Thank you for being so good to our baby boy and treating him with so much care. We were at ease away on our trip and felt confident and at peace. Highly recommend Peyton!

We highly recommend Michelle. She watches our high energy Sheepadoodle Lucy and always takes great care of Lucy. I really appreciate that she sends pictures and updates to us daily. Lucy always has a great time with Michelle.
