Dog Boarding in New Castle

Shannon and her family were great with our dog and cat. Our dog is friendly and had a great time. Our cat found a place to hide out and only came out when she wanted a little attention. She sent us a photo each day and kept us informed of how they were doing.

Samantha is so great when it comes to taking care of our 7 month old puppy. You can tell she really loves what she does and treats him like her own. We cannot recommend her more!

Emily is amazing! She watched our 80lb German Shepherd for 4 days and kept us up to date with pictures. Delta came home happy and healthy! Will definitely try to book with Emily again. Delta had a great time!

John was amazing with our dogs. They have special needs and he kept them for an extended stay, while we couldn’t take them with us. During that time, he took pictures and sent daily messages of how they were doing. We really enjoyed the “pupdates” as we started calling them. John is super attentive and I believe our dogs had a fantastic vacation!

This was my first time using Rover, and since my kitten is blind I was understandably extra nervous about leaving him in a new environment. Theresa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She sent consistent daily updates and photos that truly put my mind at ease, and it was clear she took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. I loved seeing pictures of him bonding and making new friends with Theresa’s pets — something I didn’t expect so quickly! Theresa was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, and I could tell she went above and beyond to give him the extra support he needs. I felt completely confident that he was in loving, capable hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Theresa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.

Lydia was very attentive to Kepler and she sent nice photo updates!

Katie is truly a dog lover. She kept my dog busy and entertained through long walks and playing at the park. I received tons of pictures and videos of the stay. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Marah was super great and so sweet! She really knows how to tailor her services to each specific client. She even provided great advice on how to better train my puppy! absolutely great experience and sincerely so appreciative of how she handled

Rebecca has sat our Beagle multiple times. This time, LuLu had a GI problem during her stay. Rebecca handled it with patience, compassion, and diligent monitoring. She did exactly what I would have done. It's so reassuring to know that our girl is in capable, caring hands while we're gone. Rebecca even followed up after the stay was over to see how LuLu was doing. Pet sitting is more than a source of income for Rebecca. She cares and is a genuinely good person. I will never use another sitter as long as Rebecca is around.

I would 10/10 recommend her! She had sent me pictures before my girl had even been there an hour! She communicated with me every step of the way and really put my mind at ease leaving my sweet girl for the first time! As long as Shawn is on Rover she will be the one watching my pups!

She took great care of my battle buddy! Sent pictures and updates. I’d definitely recommend Lawdy to anyone who needs someone to watch their pet. I’ll use her again in the future for sure!

Dave was fantastic! He was very accommodating and I felt comfortable leaving a young high energy dog with him. I would definitely recommend Dave!

I found this place when I was looking for a place for my Sophie to stay while I was out of town..they are close by and kept me informed of how my Sophie was doing, along with a picture..very prompt on answering my texts and Sophie really seemed to have liked being there. I will definitely be using them again

Kimberly went above and beyond in every way! She hosted a meet and greet to make Murphy and I both comfortable with the upcoming stay. When we had a last minute unexpected change to our plans she was super accommodating. Communication was thorough and took away any anxiety we had about leaving our boy! We highly recommend.

I had a last minute need and they filled it! They were awesome with Zeke. He didn’t seem to mind being left there. They took good care of him, and he seemed happy and comfortable when I picked him up!

Taylor and family were great. Our dog loved playing with her Golden. She sent pictures letting us know our dog was doing well. She was very flexible with the pick-up time since we arrived early.

I thank her for taking care of our two dogs when we were away. Sweet young woman with her husband. Only wish we had more pictures and more walks, in nature I was not clear so that is my fault. But thank you.
