Her communication was perfect throughout the entire stay—she kept me constantly updated, asked great questions to ensure Winnie had everything she needed, and went above and beyond by asking if there was anything else she could help with around the house. The photos she sent on a regular basis brought so much peace of mind. It’s clear she truly cares about the animals she watches. Sonja is terrific! My kitties loved her from the moment she came in. When I got home, my kitties were calm, had full bellies, potties were clean, all was in order. I couldn't be happier with the care Sonja provided, I 100% recommend her.
