The absolute best! This was my fur baby’s first time away from home, first time being several days away from me and the family. Shenae is so personable, sent may pictures and videos and just understood how tough it was to be away. Typically my pup has separation anxiety just in leaving for work, and yet in all the videos his tail was wagging, he was excited and happy. He was playing with her fur baby’s Ash so well. I can’t rave enough! I’m so grateful I found her and to how well she cared for him.

He was in such great hands and as nervous as I was to leave him because I’ve NEVER ever traveled without him you gave me updates and pictures every step of the way! Rolex had a blast . I'm so glad I decided to look for a pet sitter on Rover. I originally chose Petsuite in Newport News but the fees were ridiculously high for the 2 nights I needed so I gave rover a shot and looked for someone. Luckily I came upon Janel. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. Seems like my dog loved her and loved her stay making new friends too since she's an only dog and has no friends. Im more than happy to choose Janel again for my doggy's next stay. Thank you.

This was our first time using Rover and Cassandra made our dogs stay so wonderful. She was flexible for our drop off and pick up times. She prioritized them and made sure that they were well taken care of and made them feel right at home. We have one dog that is very anxious whenever we leave and she made sure that he was well loved annd put him ant ease and we appreciate that so much. We will definitely be using to Cassandra from now on for all of our pet sitting needs.

Emily was very kind from start to finish. She was also very understanding at accommodating my needs that were unexpected. Max and I hope to see you again soon Emily!

Julie and Ken were so attentive and followed all directions! They responded to every text I sent and sent me pictures. 100% would book with them again!

They were able to fit in my two dogs for the weekend last minute, and was able to schedule time for meet and greet beforehand. They were very accommodating, understanding and welcoming.

Rodney was incredible and made Layla feel right at home. Not only was he very attentive to her, but he provided frequent updates on their day and how she was doing; this included how far they walked and how long her walks took. Booking with Rodney was a last minute need, however, I’m so glad to have found him and will definitely be booking with him again!

Kacie is always wonderful with our dog! He always leaves her house happy and I feel so safe leaving him with her! We will definitely use Kacie again in the future

Ms.Deidr is a gentle patient lady who took great care of my cat Gabi while I was on a weeks vacation. We chatted like old friends and she gave me great tips. I plan to use her service again in October. I know Gabi will be spoiled and loved😻

Alexis was GREAT!!! She provided great service from the beginning of my booking to the time of drop off. The meet & greet was excellent, we felt at home & VERY COMFORTABLE with her. She provided pictures & videos during our furbaby stay and was attentive to my texts which was very important to me. I will be using her many more times!!!!
