Dog Boarding in North Springfield

CoCo really enjoyed her time with Michelle and her family. We received updates throughout the day, and our puppy was happy and all out of wiggles by the end. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her!

Outstanding boarding experience. Andrew (and Bubby) took great care of my dog Nala during my 19-day work trip, which included a massive snowstorm. Great communication, lots of updates, pictures, and a great experience for my dog. Andrew's setup is great. He is very present with your dog (works from home), has a fenced yard which allows for outdoor playtime, and has a very friendly dog of his own. I could not recommend Andrew more strongly.

Our dog had a great weekend with Gail and Corky! We received regular pictures and updates throughout her stay. She came home happy and relaxed and with a treat bag (thanks!). We look forward to repeat visits with Gail.

Ann and Rick are wonderful hosts! They take great care to attend to our dog's routines and likes/dislikes. They clearly love dogs and provide a wonderful atmosphere! Our dog loves to run in their big fenced backyard with their 2 dogs, and I think he misses them! We'll definitely be back.

Carlos is a wonderful pet sitter! Maggie just loves it at his house. Great daily updates too with pictures and captions! He definitely loves what he does. He is our go-to guy!

Helena and Nathan were incredible hosts for our pup! They consistently sent us pictures and videos everyday to let us know how he was doing. We loved their timely responses and would definitely choose them again to host our pup!

Our pup was treated like one of the family! We have found our new “go-to” sitter! We got so many pics and when our pup had a nervous tummy, they played personal-chef and made him bland meals! We couldn’t have asked for better care!

Stacy and her family were AMAZING!! My big, active working line German Shepherd can be a handful, and he typically doesn't do well at all in boarding situations. The last time I went away for a week, he didn't eat for three solid days. At other times, he sits by the door or window, moping and waiting for me. He likes people, but is very slow to really warm up to them. He almost immediately seemed to fall in love with Stacy and her family during our initial meet & greet, which really surprised me. When I decided to try this family, I knew her two children were either going to be a huge "plus" for him-- he does like kids, a lot-- or possibly a deal breaker if they weren't enthusiastic yet respectful around dogs. Her kids are a delight, and I know they made his stay very pleasant for him. Stacy kept me updated with how he was doing, and I am positive based on his demeanor when I came to pick him up, that he had a wonderful, fun weekend while I was away. I was very anxious about leaving him after past experiences, but Stacy and her family are 100% wonderful!! I would never be anxious with him under their care, I know he is safe and having fun with them 🩷 Additionally-- Stacy seems very well organized. I didn't expect a house that does daycare & boarding to be so spotlessly clean, yet still allow dogs on the couches and furniture. My German Shepherd got a lot of "cuddle time"! She also followed my instructions on feeding perfectly. When I came to get him, his items-- food, supplements, blankets, toys, training tools (e-collar & prong collar) were neatly packed and ready. I feel very lucky to have found such wonderful people to look after him!

Another wonderful stay with Jona! She always keeps us informed and sends many pictures throughout the day of our sweet dog. Puts my mind at ease while on vacation. Our dog always is well taken care of and enjoys his time with Jona!

One of the kindest and most accommodating dog sitters I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional care she and her husband provided for my pup. Their communication was outstanding, prompt, warm, and reassuring. They sent me plenty of photos throughout the stay, which I truly appreciated, as it gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was happy and well looked after while I was away. Their own dog, Love, is an absolute sweetheart; she’s beautiful, well-mannered, and a perfect friend for my pup. Thank you both so much for everything!

Our dog Luna always has the best time with Michelle! She loves playing with her doodle friend and enjoying the large backyard. We will be coming back in the future!

This was the first time leaving our dog with a sitter. Asia was wonderful caring for our shy and quirky golden retriever. She sent daily pics and kept us updated. She’s very in tune with the dogs she cares for. Well definitely book with Asia in the future.

Such a great family to meet and take care of my dog while I am away! David was very responsive and provided many pictures during the stay. We were delighted to see my dog was having such a great time with the family!

Kristi and her family were so kind and welcoming! She sent us pictures of Jinnie every day, and he looked so happy and comfortable in every single one. Kristi was also very flexible and understanding when I had to change my drop-off and pick-up times, which I really appreciated. I especially loved how thoughtful she was about making sure Jinnie felt comfortable with her dog, Loki. She introduced them carefully and kept them separated at first, as well as from another dog she was watching, which made me feel much more at ease. Jinnie must have had such a great time with Kristi and her family because he looked happy, healthy, and completely comfortable when we picked him up. We would definitely have Jinnie stay with them again! Highly recommend! ❤️

We had a fantastic experience with this Donna whose calm, gentle demeanor put our dog at ease right away. Donna sent the detailed updates throughout the stay, which made us feel completely confident that everything was going smoothly. It’s clear that Donna genuinely cares about the animals and we’d happily book again and highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nicole is truly amazing, and I’m so grateful I found her. She watched my pup Chico for six days while I was out of town, and it was a really emotional time for us. Just a week before his stay, I lost my 15-year-old dog — Chico’s best friend and constant companion — so we were both grieving. I was extremely nervous to leave him with someone new in an unfamiliar environment, especially so soon. From the very first meet and greet, Nicole immediately put me at ease. I could tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and takes her role seriously. She made everything so easy, even offering pickup and drop-off, which was a huge help. As soon as Chico arrived at her home, she sent photos and updates about how he was settling in, and that level of communication continued every single day. Nicole sent multiple detailed updates daily about Chico’s routine, mood, eating habits, and how his day was going, along with tons of adorable photos and videos (including some very cute outfits!). I could literally feel how happy and comfortable Chico was through her updates, and it gave me so much peace knowing he was in such loving hands. I also really appreciated how attentive Nicole was to my concerns. I mentioned that Chico can sometimes be territorial with other dogs, and she was very thoughtful about monitoring his interactions. I was honestly amazed to see that he ended up having the best time with a couple of her regular daycare pups — playing, cuddling, and clearly enjoying himself. He loved having a backyard to explore, and it truly felt like a little vacation just for him. One of the most touching parts of his stay was seeing Chico bond with Nicole’s senior dog, Harper. Knowing that Chico had just lost his “big sister,” it meant so much to see him find comfort and companionship so quickly. Their bond was incredibly heartwarming to witness through the updates. And then there was the sweetest surprise when Nicole dropped Chico off — she included a handwritten card with photos from his stay, plus two photo magnets: one of Chico and one honoring my recently passed Starr. That level of thoughtfulness meant more than I can put into words. Nicole is someone I trust completely with my fur baby. I will absolutely be a returning customer for boarding and plan to book daycare visits regularly because Chico clearly adores her, her partner, and their dog Harper. I’m so thankful to have found someone who treats Chico like family. Thank you so much, Nicole — you are truly the best. 💛🐾

Tehani was great with taking care of Brady and sending regular updates and pictures. He looked very happy and healthy when I picked him up. Would definitely use them again!

Carrie & Matthew took wonderful care of our pup! We received pictures and videos several times a day. They took her on walks, made careful introductions to other dogs, and kept her busy. It was clear to us when we picked her up that she was happy and not at all stressed. Thanks for caring for Josie!
