Dog Walking in Pohick

We booked Grace for 1st time 30 minute dog walking and to sit with our dog for 30 min cuddle time. We were organizing an event in our neighborhood. I contacted Grave the morning of service to make sure all was good, which she acknowledged. She was suppose to come to our house at 1:30. I received message asking for my address at 2:30. At 3:30, I received another message that she wouldn’t be able to come and would give me a refund. I was so concerned about our dog that I left our event to head back to house. Upon getting to house, her car was in driveway and had our dog in yard. Went back to our event and packed things up and got home about 4:15, and she was still there. I asked what was wrong and she said my address was wrong as listed on Rover. She hadn’t walked our dog. There was so much miscommunication on this service that I question whether Rover is right for me. I do appreciate her coming to my house and looking after Sally for me.

First time using walkers. Grace was fantastic and very responsible. I highly recommend her. She made time to do a meet/greet before my scheduled days and did a great job walking my two "not easy" fellas. I appreciate her professionalism and grateful for her feedback and report card after the walks.

Macy has been coming over to walk our dog several times a week while we’re at work and she’s great! She is communicative, reliable, and our dog loves her. Fully recommend Macy!

Veronica is amazing with my mom’s dog AND with my 93 year old mom! When my door wouldn’t lock properly when she left she contacted me at work to ensure my mom was safe AND fixed the lock. Veronica is trustworthy, kind, and just generally amazing! 🤩

Olivia was terrific! We contacted her at the last minute to walk our dog. She was so responsive and Molly loved her! Will definitely use Olivia again!

Kyle is timely, friendly, and a great communicator. My two poodles felt comfortable with him right away, which says a lot. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in caring and reliable hands!

Our dog absolutely loves Lisa, we’re so happy we found someone who cares this much!

Bella is fabulous! So caring and intuitive with Sophie, who’s still shy and getting used to people. Bella is really attentive and friendly with Sophie and they are settling in. We’re excited she will be staying her Sophie during an upcoming trip!

My dog loves everyone. But he fully adores Leah. She is so wonderful with him and I feel like my baby is safe and loved while she has him. Truly a beautiful person and it reflects in how much animals are drawn to her.

Hannah responded very quickly to my request after our normal walker fell ill and couldn’t come. She was so sweet with my big boy, and he was immediately comfortable with her despite meeting her for the first time. I also felt she went above and beyond, drying him off after coming back in from the rain. Because of the situation, I never did a face-to-face with Hannah, but she was very communicative and asked all the right questions. I will definitely use Hannah again when the opportunity presents itself. I highly recommend her!
