This was our first time using Rover and first time having a pet sitter who was not family as we have moved from overseas. Karlie took great care of our two cats and always kept us up to date and made sure they were ok and well and checked in their hiding spots to ensure they were taken care of even when they were being shy. Will definitely be using Karlie again as she put us all at ease that our cats were being taken care of while we were away.

We booked Rachel for 7 nights & 8 days to care for our 2 cats & housesit. We were very pleased from start to finish. From her prompt response to doing everything we asked especially taking care of our 2 sometimes "needy" cats. Our boys were well taken care of. Rachel responded to our texts promptly when we checked in with her. She sent photos. Our home was very well cared for & she was a pleasure having to take care of our property. Our minds were at ease while we were away. Highly recommend!

Meagan was a very good drop-in caretaker for my older cat. She worked with us during a last minute booking. She's very good about sending both goofy and good-looking pictures of the animals. She is a very busy rover, so expect some mild changes in the pre-set schedule just as she moves around her day. Very good Rover regardless!

Janie J. Is great! She was dedicated to making sure my cat got cared for when my garage door wouldn’t open. The batteries were nearly depleted and she managed to get the garage door open by rolling them until she could get enough power to get in! She worked with me in real time while we problem solved the situation. Thankfully we found a solution that worked for the remainder of the booking. I’m always impressed with her notecards and pictures. She is always reliable and I will definitely contact her again!
