House Sitting in Sandybottom

Oli is amazing! Our dogs had gotten into a fight a couple weeks before our trip so we had to leave extra instructions on behavior management but knew they’d be in good hands with Oli. We were feeling extra nervous about leaving but Oli is great about sending daily updates so we know everything is going smoothly. The pups and the house were in great shape when we returned!

We have a very difficult dog to deal with as he is aged and mostly deaf. He is also suffers from separation anxiety. Amanda dealt with him beautifully and made him feel comfortable after a short period of time. The pictures she sent made us know that he was happy and comfortable and her communication was excellent. She takes the time to get to know your critter and work with idiocrasies.

As usual Joey is great for our big and strong Bernedoodle 🙂

Ashton made fast friends with my very shy spaniel Lita and made her feel safe and secure in my absence. She also apparently kept Lita entertained, if the photos sent to me were any indication. Lita rarely lets down her guard to snuggle with new people. So the early meet and greet we scheduled the week before was pretty successful.

Lily and Philip are awesome! They stayed at our house to watch our two dogs for almost an entire week. The dogs were happy. The active one got a lot of attention and play time, and the shy one really opened up with them and gained a lot of confidence. Lily and Philip did a great job with keeping us up to date on the dogs and sent a lot of pictures. They watered plants and did a great job keeping them alive during the very hot weather while we were gone, and they left the house spotless. They are very accommodating and eager to help with whatever we needed. We will definitely hire them again. They are now our "go-to" sitters.

Christina was amazing. She is a definite pet person. She was wonderful with our two Havanese that aren’t accustomed to having a sitter. One dog is clingy and the other is afraid of everything. Christina treated them so kindly and followed our guidance perfectly. She sent loads of photos that enabled us to see how well the dogs were doing. Now that we have a wonderful caregiver for our fur babies we can start planning our next trip. I would recommend Christina without any reservations whatsoever.

If I could give ten stars I would! Lena was amazing with my baby. She sent a couple updates a day- not too many and not too little! I loved getting pics of my girl! Harper had the best time, my house was super clean when I got home. Highly recommend! Especially if you are a crazy dog mom like me and worry with anyone watching your baby!

Linda was great to our two girls. They seemed very comfortable with her which put us at ease leaving them. We appreciated the communication Linda provided as well as how neat she left our house.

Tiffany was awesome!! Our little guy Billi loved her and she gave us terrific updates throughout her stay. The house was spotless when we got back. We’d have Tiffany babysit Billi anytime!

My dog has major separation anxiety and he did great with Alex. She was responsive in scheduling, was more than willing to come meet Sparky and I before the scheduled visit. She took great care of Sparky and my place while I was away.

Isaiah was great watching our dogs! He was very responsive and communicative during the day. Our dogs were happy and our home was clean after a long weekend. Will definitely be using him again!

Jenny D. took excellent care of our dog, Bear, and our home during our 5-day vacation. She sent multiple updates each day with lots of pictures and videos of Bear playing, which we really appreciated. Communication was clear, frequent, and responsive to all of our requests. When we returned, our house was tidy and well cared for. We would book with Jenny again and recommend her!

Randi was kind enough to watch my 2 young and energetic shelter dogs who can be a little timid. I was surprised how quickly they warmed up to her. She communicated and was willing to go out of her way to help. I like having the pictures and updates about what they are doing. She is responsible, dependable and shows real care. Thank you again for accepting us!

Andrew was an extraordinary sitter for our Maine Coon cat, Simi. He clearly adores animals, he was invested in supporting our routines with her, his communication was great – – at least one funny picture each day!— he was extremely responsive to our questions, and initiated appropriate communication as needed. He also did a couple of wonderful new things – – she got her used to her automated new litter box, which she is now using regularly, and he invented a new game for her with the treats that we usually give her, that we are continuing to do now that we are back. We loved having Andrew be Simi‘s new best friend, and we have already re-booked him for our next trip.

Prior to sitting, Christine did a meet and greet with my dog to make sure everyone felt comfortable. She also sent me daily photos and fun updates about how things were going, which was perfect. Every message I sent got a speedy response along the way. Once I arrived home, everything was spotless, too. Overall, I’d highly recommend Christine for any and all pet sitting needs!

Leaving our three dogs behind is never easy because each of them has their own unique personality, routines, and needs. From the moment Jasmine started caring for them, we knew they were in the best hands. Every day she kept us updated with thoughtful messages and wonderful photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious from every interaction that she genuinely loves animals and truly enjoys what she does. That passion shines through in the exceptional care she provides. Our dogs absolutely adored her! She didn't just feed and let them out—she played with them, gave them affection, and treated each one as an individual. It was clear she took the time to get to know their different personalities and made sure each of them felt happy, loved, and comfortable. We joke that she's become our dogs' step-parent, but there's a lot of truth in that—she cares for them as if they were her own. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, playful, compassionate, and genuinely devoted to animals, we cannot recommend Jasmine highly enough. She is truly one of a kind, and we are so grateful to have found her.

Ada was amazing with our German shepherd for the week! It was our first time leaving her but Ada put our minds at ease. The communication was great, Oakley was happy in all the pics and the house was so clean we couldn’t even tell she was there. Highly recommend!

Tracy did great with my boy! She spent lots of time with him and gave him lots of love! He was very spoiled so I will definitely be using her again!
