We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Sydney. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with—someone we instantly felt we could trust. She was reliable every step of the way, and our two cats absolutely adored her. Sydney went above and beyond by sending us frequent photo updates, which not only showed how happy and relaxed our cats were, but also gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Thanks to her attentive care, we were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing our pets were in the best hands. Her communication was perfect throughout the entire stay—she kept me constantly updated, asked great questions to ensure Winnie had everything she needed, and went above and beyond by asking if there was anything else she could help with around the house. Mary is amazing! We have kittens that are not socialized and hide whenever anyone comes to the house. Mary was able to gain their trust so that she would see them and assure us that our kitties were doing well. Will definitely book Mary for future trips!

Juliann definitely relieved a lot of my worries about my cats being taken care of while on vacation. She responds promptly and is thorough about every detail even before the visit, which made me feel a lot better about the drop-in visit as this was my first time using Rover. Camryn and her husband cared for my two cats while my husband is on vacation. They sent us updates and were flexible with drop off and pick up. They were accompanying to my cats needs and they were happy and healthy upon pick up. Definitely will be requesting their services again!
