House Sitting in Shadwell

Lissette was amazing. She stayed overnight with our little Chip and sent pictures throughout her stay. Very happy and will definitely book with her in the future.

Nathan was so flexible letting us add an additional night. Frequent videos and updates of our dogs. Our very energetic lab was left very tired after a fun weekend with Nathan!

Anne was great with Panini got lots of updates and she took really good care of her!

Danielle is amazing!!! This was actually our first time using Rover, and she came by before we booked to meet our dog Zeus and he loved her right away. While watching him, she kept us updated the entire time, and we could tell in all of the pictures what a great time he was having, and that he was being well taken care of! She left our house in amazing shape as well (I’m pretty sure it is cleaner than when we left it!). She is the best!

Kailyn was so great!! She checked in with us regularly, sent us cute pics throughout the week, and followed our dog’s schedule (even his weird meal times)! Originally we were nervous to leave our dog for so long, especially being so far away, but Kailyn made us feel very comfortable leaving him with her!! We will definitely reach out to Kailyn again and would recommend her to anyone. :)

Rosey is the BEST! She stayed with our two dogs for three nights and I was so happy to have her there. She sent photos and updates and took great care of our dogs and our house. Highly recommend! Thanks Rosey!

Tessa listened to our dogs needs and our desire for her to spend a lot of time with them. She even came over twice to meet our girls before our trip! We have one very anxious dog and I know this helped our girl feel more at ease seeing Tessa come in our home. We would recommend her for sure!

Dakota did an excellent job with my two dogs while I was gone for eight days. Our older dog has dementia and their younger dog is a dachshund so they have different energy levels. Dakota is able to care for both of them in the way that they need. And also care for the house so when I get home everything’s in order. Highly recommend Dakota.

James (Collin) has truly become part of our family. This is our second wonderful experience with him, and once again, he exceeded all of our expectations. Both times, we hired Collin to house-sit and care for our furry family members for a week. We have three dogs—a German Shepherd, a Boston Terrier, and a Terrier mix—as well as a flock of five ducks. Our dogs can be a bit challenging. In fact, two of them have been banned from our usual boarding facility: our German Shepherd is an escape artist who continually finds ways out of her run, and our Boston Terrier struggles with anxiety that can sometimes lead to aggression. Despite these challenges, Collin has built incredible relationships with all of our animals. They absolutely adore him, and it gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing they are in such capable and caring hands. We never thought we would find a house and pet sitter as dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate as Collin. He takes tremendous pride in his work and consistently goes above and beyond. Not only does he provide exceptional care for our pets, but he also keeps our home tidy while we're away. On our return, we found that he had even washed the bed linens he used and remade the bed—an unexpected and thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about his character. If you're looking for someone to care for your pets and home, do not hesitate to hire Collin. He is reliable, professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. We recommend him without hesitation and are incredibly grateful to have found him.

Meagan and Kyle were wonderful with our older golden, Luna! Luna has seizures, so we never like leaving her, but Meagan and Kyle made sure she was safe and got her medication - they updated us with photos and videos too! Highly recommend them!

Abby was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel so reassured and confident that our pets were receiving the BEST care! She took time to come meet our girls before the booking, got to know their personalities and let them get familiar with her. She is an absolute gem! We will definitely be calling her again!!

Dieira was great!! She sent photos regularly, and we returned to very happy and healthy pups! She even washed the towels on her way out, so we would have clean towels to use when we returned home ready to wash the travel off! Would definitely use her again.

Mackenzie is wonderful! She took such great care of our dog and cats. Everyone was very relaxed when we got home, like they didn’t even care we were gone! Our house was super tidy, too. Mackenzie was very professional and kind to work with. We are so appreciative!
