Dog Boarding in Shawsville

Shannon was incredible, house is comfortable for the dogs, she is accomodating to pickup/drop off needs and sent lots of pictures. Would highly recommend!

Sydney is the absolute best pet sitter. My pups love going to her apartment. They get lots of attention and love while they are there. We will continue to schedule with her as long as she is available.

Carmen was so good and patient with my scaredy baby! She needed a place to stay while I moved and even though she was a little confused and shy, Carmen took things at Josie’s pace and let her just hang around! The yard is like doggy heaven!

John has a gentle, calm demeanor and my dog immediately felt comfortable with him. We had a meet and greet, then when we arrived at John's house for the pet sitting stay, Bodhi was happy to go there, wagging his tail right off the bat (this is unusual behavior, as he tends to be clingy in such circumstances at first). I recommend John highly and would definitely use him again.

David was great. Our dog seemed to take to him rather quickly. He understood our dog had hip issues and instead of trying to walk him he allowed him to chill and freely walk around in his backyard. He took him out regularly for bathroom breaks and allowed him to chill in the house. David also sent us pictures of our dog to let us know how he was doing. We were thankful to know our dog was in good hands while we were out of town.

Michelle took great care of my dog and sent daily updates! He came back home happy. :)

Courtney & Kameron were great ... they sent lots of updates and pictures as Sam got settled in and continued to keep us updated with great communication! We appreciate them loving on him and being patient with his puppy-ness, and taking him on lots of walks even as the temps went way down during his stay :)

First timer here and I will definitely be back! She made it very easy and so welcoming so it helped with being comfortable with leaving the pup. She killed it, highly recommend!

Theresa and her family were great! My dog stayed overnight and I could tell she had a fun time and was well taken care of. I especially appreciated the frequent updates and pictures! I will definitely use Theresa again next time I need a Rover.

Kim is a five star dog sitter. Will use her service again for sure every time we visit Roanoke. She is phenomenal and her golden retriever was a big help to make our big boy; husky puppy “Winter” happy during his stay with Kim. Penny & Evan kindly responded to my last minute request for boarding my 2 year old terrier mix. They are both kind, thoughtful people with an elderly mid sized mixed breed dog & a fenced back yard. They took good care of Murphy & over the 4 days catered to his needs despite him probably being more energetic than they were used to. I would certainly recommend them for boarding.

Claire did a great job with our energetic dog. He was happy when we picked him up and I could tell he had fun playing. Thank you, Claire!

Rover matched us with Ruth & we went with the suggestion.Everything went great. My dog has severe separation anxiety, so boarding him has always left me feeling guilty. Ruth stepped right in, and during his stay, she assured me everything was fine, She regularly texted pics to prove he was happy and relaxed. Looking forward to trusting Ruth for any future boarding
