We rebooked our return date while we were away and then our flights got cancelled and delayed on our way home. Sylvia was very flexible and helpful! I am so incredibly thankful to have found Caitlynn! She is beyond amazing; professional, kind, responsive, and absolutely amazing with my two high maintenance dogs! We had the most relaxing vacation with absolute peace of mind knowing our sweet babies were in good hands. Both of our dogs require daily medication and special diets which did not phase Caitlynn one bit. Caitlynn also left our home in immaculate condition.
