Dog Boarding in Short Pump

Sheri was so great with Tripp for New Years Eve. She said they couldn’t hear the fireworks so he didn’t have to worry. She even bought him a special hat for the night and he seems to really like her too. A+ Rover. Thanks for treating my boy like family!

Pamela and Paul took exceptional care of our dog Birdie while we were out of state for 12 days! Birdie has a lot of energy and can be a bit of a handful, but they helped make her feel at home. She loves to chase tennis balls, and Pamela and Paul made sure she got tons of time for her favorite activity. They sent updates every day on how she was settling in and everything she did, and took lots of pictures. They were also very responsive and accommodating when I booked and had to do a later pickup on her last day with them. Pamela and Paul really went above and beyond to make sure Birdie had a great stay, and we truly appreciated knowing she was in good hands!

Shanisse and her family are very welcoming, they made me feel comfortable and safe when I drop Carmelo off to them. They kept me updated on everything with him pictures videos. They treated him like he was part of the family and I really appreciate that.

Jesse is wonderful to deal with. He is calm and confident in what he does and it translates to the dogs. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Tahlia was wonderful with my 5 month old kitten! She took care of my cat for 2 nights and sent me detailed updates with plenty of pictures and videos several times a day. It was my first time using a pet sitter and leaving my cat somewhere over night. The entire experience was seamless and very professional. My cat felt right at home as soon as I dropped him off and it seemed like he enjoyed his time so much with Tahlia that he didn’t want to leave! 😂 I’m definitely going to use Tahlia again for future sitting needs!! She’s great & super personable! ❤️

We had such a great experience with Matt. He gave us notice about the other dogs that would also be staying , informed us of their temperaments and assured they would all get along. He sent updates and photos. Our pup had a tummy issue and provided extra care to make sure Indy was comfortable. We were able to relax knowing Matt had it all under control and look forward to our next booking.

Jessica, has been super reliable and consistent. She treats shaggy as if he was her dog, she is an absolute excellent sitter. I trust her and her space very dog friendly.

Natasha and her babygirl made my Codie feel like he was family. I received pictures and updates daily. Codie was able to run around and free like he was home outside and inside.

Penny had another FANTASTIC time with Michelle and her sweet dog!! Michelle sent daily updates and pictures while I was on vacation, and I never had to worry…she was safe and having a good time. I cannot thank Michelle enough and genuinely appreciate the care given to Penny. The absolute best experience!!

We left our sweet dog in good hands when we chose Laura C. We are new in town and really needed to find a caring and safe home for when we had to travel without Layla. Laura was happy to allow a meet and greet with her family. From that first meeting Laura wanted to know how to best make Layla feel at home. She provided daily updates and we communicated very well. We are happy we have found our new sitter. Highly recommend.

Laura was great with our dog for a very last minute overnight trip. She sent so many photos and was very communicative. We will be using her in the future!

One word - AMAZING ! Kristen and her husband accepted Rocky at such short notice and immediately I felt super comfortable meeting them on arrival. I knew my dog was in great hands and he made great friends with their Wallie. They made sure they knew everything they needed to know and were excellent with communication. They were awesome , definitely will have them watch my dog again without a doubt.

My pups needed a place to stay while I was out of town for the weekend. Nikki was very caring & responsible with my pups and I could tell that Sammy & Sylvie had a great time! She frequently sent pics & kept in touch which made me feel completely at ease. Thank you so much Nikki - Sammy & Sylvie enjoyed their time with you as well as Chico & Sage! ☺️

Camille is amazing! She is so kind, dependable and communicative. I got multiple updates and pictures daily. She took such great care of my sweet old man… he loved spending time with her and didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found her.

Cassandre continues to be my go to dog sitter in the Richmond area. Always caring, communicative, and flexible! She always makes me feel very at ease leaving my dogs with her. She always keeps me updated with photos and videos. My dogs absolutely love going to her place and they always come back Happy and well cared for.
