Cat Sitting in Somerville

Katelyn did great helping feed a feral I’m domesticating. She and her kids did great socializing with him and I came back to a friendlier cat.

Allie did check ins for my 3 cats, 1 of which needed extra attention due to her health. She kept me informed with each check in, and ensured every single kitty got fed, given fresh water, and litter boxes cleaned out. Especially for our 1 cat, she took extra care and noted any concerns that arose. She provided both photos and videos for every check in, and let me know on when she’d be stopping by for the next. Allie can be trusted with any sort of stay or visit with your pets. She goes the extra mile for you and your pet family. Thank you Allie!

Becky has taken care of our kitties while we are a way for two years now. She goes above and beyond with her care and keeps us informed. The kitties love her and even our shy one comes right out to greet and interact.

Matisa U was very friendly and took extreme care of our fur baby. She communicated well and sent pictures of Hazel during our time away from her. Jessica did a wonderful job taking care of our two shy cats, even on short notice! It usually takes a few visits for our cats to warm up to new people, but Jessica was so welcoming and patient with them that she quickly earned their trust. I loved receiving her detailed updates and high-quality photos of our kitties, and they seemed much calmer and more content than they usually act after we’ve been away. I would highly recommend Jessica as a pet sitter and look forward to working with her in the future!

Laurie is amazing! She dropped in on our three cats and they THRIVED in her care! This has not been the case with past experiences (not with Rover or Laurie). My one cat in particular takes us leaving her pretty hard. She becomes very anxious, aggressively grooms and ends up losing weight. This did not happen in Laurie’s care; Lily actually gained weight! I am absolutely thrilled and it is incredible to have such peace of mind knowing you are leaving your pets with someone who goes above and beyond for them. I find Laurie to be personable and professional as well as dependable, considerate and clearly competent and compassionate with animals. I also want to say that this is the first time using Rover and am impressed with how the service is managed and like the ease of updates and check ins with the app, etc. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend both Rover and Laurie.

Arianna is great and we highly recommend her. She took care of our cat while we were out for several days. We had confidence knowing our cat was in good hands.

Elizabeth is an amazing Rover! She cared for our senior cat and provided compassionate care. She was very responsible and followed all instructions perfectly. She sent us daily photos and updates.
