Dog Boarding in Springfield

Charley has been staying with Aisha for almost 5 years. Every time has been a joy. Her availability is great and he always comes home happy. My dog prefers calm people and he seems right at home with Aisha. She is always our first choice any time that we need to set up a booking.

This is our first time using Rover and needing to board our pupper. Jona made the whole process seamless and Whiskey took to her very quickly during our initial meeting which he doesn’t usually do. We have nothing but great things to say about Whiskey’s stay. We received multiple updates a day, lots of pictures (including ones of him eating!) which really made us feel like we are still part of his day. We really appreciate all the communication and Whiskey looked like he had a blast. 10/10 would highly recommend Jona and I look forward to being able to take more trips in the future knowing our puppy has a safe and happy place he can stay while we are away.

A perfect host family that treated our dog (Labrador Retriever) like one of their own. Experienced and comfortable with large dogs (they own a Lab) and provide ample exercise! They stay in close contact and we always felt at ease. He seemed to be right at home when we picked him up! ☺️. Highly recommend!!

Carlos is fantastic- he took excellent care of our pup for 10 days. She had several daily walks, time outside sunbathing and enjoyed the company of Sasha and several other friends. Carlos provided multiple updates each day with lots of photos (and he is an excellent photographer!). We would be happy for Carlos to watch our dog again!

Megha and Irene gave us the best Rover experience we’ve had so far! From the very beginning, we felt that Bärry was in wonderful hands. They sent us daily updates and photos, which we really appreciated, and it was easy to see how happy and relaxed Bärry was with them. He received so much love and attention and clearly had a great time during his stay. They are such a warm and caring family, and we truly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. We will absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them!

Lizabeth is exactly who you want watch your pup - experienced, attentive, caring, prompt, communicative, and provided wonderful updates. My dog had the best time and came back worn out (in the best way!) and you can tell she really knows how to handle and read dogs. Thank you Lizabeth!!

My dogs had a great stay here! Nice yard, lots of walks and lots of picture updates. Extremely grateful for their flexibility as I had a bunch of scheduling conflicts with drop off and pickup and especially grateful for Rosario’s willingness to take care of one of my dog’s medical incident that happened day of drop off. 11/10 recommend and will definitely rebook!

This was the first time leaving our dog with a sitter. Asia was wonderful caring for our shy and quirky golden retriever. She sent daily pics and kept us updated. She’s very in tune with the dogs she cares for. Well definitely book with Asia in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Carrie and Matthew!! They treated Cooper like their own, and we felt so grateful for their kind and gentle attention. It ứa like he found a home away from home!! They are the best host family we have had met. Highly recommend!!

Miguelina helped us out in a pinch when a different Rover sitter canceled on us days before a long international trip. She was communicative and flexible and provided daily pictures. Will rebook when we need care for our pup in the future.

Riley has a great time at Stacy’s house! She was immediately comfortable and Stacy does a great job sending updates. We look forward to booking with Stacy in the future!

Chulpan took such wonderful care of my boy. I could tell he had the best time staying with her and Ruby. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

I was very nervous leaving my 10 pound little guy for the first time but he came home looking happy and well cared for. Sometimes when we pick them up from a dog sitter in the past, a different dog sitter, he would be upset when we brought him home. This time he seems super happy. I’m very impressed. Would highly recommend Veronica. She seems to have a good system in place and as a professional. And clearly loves her guests. Thank you Veronica!

First time using this app so I was nervous but Vincent reassured me and kept me up to date with videos and pictures of my dog while I was away. He even invited me over to check the yard and where my dog was going to stay. Definitely going to use his service again in the future! I'm a happy camper!

This was my second time using April and once again, she was amazing! My dogs were happy, well cared for, and I got regular updates. Highly recommend!

Another great weekend leaving our puppy with Vanessa! We are very appreciative of Vanessa and her family. They treat our puppy like their own!

Christine is amazing! She is so good with our goldendoodle, which allows us to fully relax when we are away. When our doggy saw our suitcases at first she was so glum, but when we said she was seeing Christine, she was genuinely thrilled! Christine takes such good care of her and it's a bonus that there are other pups there - it's like a fantastic sleepover for our dog. Also to note that Christine is an excellent communicator, which is enormously appreciated. We are truly grateful for Christine!

T’Shael was a great fit for my chunky boy! She is extremely attentive & got to know/understand my dog’s behaviors right off the bat. 10/10 would recommend :)

One of the kindest and most accommodating dog sitters I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional care she and her husband provided for my pup. Their communication was outstanding, prompt, warm, and reassuring. They sent me plenty of photos throughout the stay, which I truly appreciated, as it gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was happy and well looked after while I was away. Their own dog, Love, is an absolute sweetheart; she’s beautiful, well-mannered, and a perfect friend for my pup. Thank you both so much for everything!

We were referred to Ann and Rick by a friend - and we know why she sang their praises! We had a friendly, welcoming meet-n-greet, during which time our dog was happy to romp with their dogs and explore their yard. This was so helpful and reassuring to us as first time boarders.
