Dog Boarding in Springfield

I can leave my furbaby with Gail and not have worry at all. I know he is in good care, safe and happy. She is super flexible and very pleasant. I hate to leave too good of a review or she'll be booked when I need her next :)

Jona was our favorite sitter ever!! She was very sweet to our older dog, communicated well, and reliable. Shr spoiled our girl so much that she didn't want to leave! Thanks Jona!

Elizabeth Anne was great! She kept me updated a couple of times a day and sent multiple pictures throughout the day. She went to the store to buy more food for my dog. She did not complain when my dog had some incidents and was very understanding when I was running late to pick up my dog. I would definitely use her service again. Thank you!

Jennice was great to work with. We are relatively new to Rover.com with only 1 other experience. Jennice, by far, exceeded our expectations. She was very responsive and gave us constant updates, while we were traveling. We would definitely work with her again. Thank you!

Connor absolutely went above and beyond caring for our boy, Apollo. His calm, patient, and caring demeanor was instantly recognized as soon as we met, and we immediately felt relaxed and assured that our boy was in good hands. Connor expertly handled our boy’s reactivity during his daily walks (four per day, to be exact!), and was able to provide leash training to maximize his retention. Connor made sure to update us regularly with photos and videos of Apollo multiple times a day, fully reassuring us that our boy was happy and thriving! Apollo looked so happy and excited in all of his photos with Connor, which only confirmed he felt perfectly at home because he was being treated as a loved family member. We are beyond grateful for the care Connor provided, and I know Apollo can’t wait to see him again for his next stay!

She’s by far the best sitter we’ve ever had. This was our second time leaving our dog with her, and once again, she was amazing. She is super reliable, always available, and incredibly flexible. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our dog was in such good hands.

Montana made a new friend. I was worried about other dogs, but that fear quickly went away. My dog was happy and well cared for. I enjoyed the pictures and updates. I love when I can tell that people care for my baby like I do. She was in no hurry to leave.

Morgan was fantastic! She sent updates on how our pup was doing. Will be booking with Morgan again!

Jennifer has been great with Ruby, who is a rescue and tends to get anxious around new people and dogs. Not so with Jennifer! She makes sure Ruby gets long walks and playtime with the other dogs in daycare, and we received pictures and updates of a happy, chill Ruby from the first day. Very highly recommended!

As soon as my dog arrived, she was having fun playing with the other dogs. Her home is set up perfectly for dog sitting. Christine was very flexibly with timing.

April was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Savoie, this weekend! She was super accommodating when I needed to adjust the drop-off and pick-up times, and she kept me updated with detailed messages and lots of adorable photos throughout the weekend. Savoie got along great with her dog, Louie—who is so well-behaved and sweet! I’ll definitely be booking with April again the next time I’m out of town. Thanks again!!

Helena and Nathan took in Keegan at the last minute, and I really appreciated their flexibility. They took great care of him, were very responsive, and regularly shared updates and photos throughout his stay. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Victoria was amazing! This was the first time boarding my pup. We did our meet and greet in her home. She explained everything really well and asked all the right questions. Amazing!!! Our dog is sweet but can be very anxious with new people. He was almost immediately at easy and after settling in did wonderful over night. Can’t recommend enough!
