Dog Boarding in Stanardsville

Aly took great care of our black lab. She sent frequent pictures while we were away. Our dog really seemed to love it there and vice versa. Would definitely take here there again.

Very attentive care for my dog. This was my first time leaving my dog for a long period of time and he had separation anxiety. Cynthia picked up some medication from the vet for me and gave him lots of exercise. Highly recommend.

When my original plans for my dog didn't work out I was so glad to find Lissette and Bertie! We did a meet and greet and they were so careful on introducing my dog to theirs, making sure all the dogs were comfortable that made me feel good. Going away for a week I was so nervous for a new place but they sent me photos everyday and videos, along with updates on how he was doing. My dog loved hanging with their family and their dogs. Already planning to have them keep my dog on my next trip!

Amanda was very sweet and professional, she kept me updated and made sure to communicate throughout the weekend. My dog loved it so much when I picked him up he kept trying to go back to Amanda’s door!

Svitlana was an amazing sitter for our girls. They were well taken care of and had a great time. Svitlana provided many pictures of the girls throughout their stay. We will definitely use Svitlana again when we are in the Charlottesville area.

Riley was excellent! Drop off and pick up was a breeze. She communicated well and provided lots of good updates and pictures of Hank's stay. Highly recommend!

My anxious dog warmed up to Heather in minutes and had the best time. Heather was excellent at communication and made us feel at ease leaving our dog in her care!! Would rebook, highly recommend, don’t hesitate.

Hillary was super accommodating about changes to my booking due to my work schedule. She was prompt, thoughtful and courteous in all responses to my questions and requests and took good care of Nico.

Pam and Michael are caring and attentive to my dog's needs. I can travel with confidence knowing that Finley is happy. They give her plenty of exercise and love. I especially appreciate them using crates at night and when they need to leave the house, which is rare. I know my small dog will always be safe and secure in their home and she will feel safe because her crate is her safe space. Like many people, I've been resistant to the use of a crate but over the years, I've come to appreciate their importance (when used properly) to raising a confident, happy dog.

Paula was very helpful in scheduling this visit and made me feel totally comfortable that my dogs were in good hands. The dogs were very comfortable with Paula and she paid attention to all of the little things that I shared with her about them. It was a great visit!

Katina was absolutely amazing, it was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous. I felt so comfortable leaving Pretzel in her care; she sent pictures / videos everyday. Pretzel loved Katina, her big backyard, and all the other pups boarding as well. He had so much fun and I am very grateful for her care while I was away for a week!

Hope is fabulous! I'm so glad I found her several months ago and have already used her a few times. She's the best caregiver for my sweet and energetic doodle.

Paige was amazing with our 2 crazy heelers. She was super accomodating, kept us updated, and I could tell they were in great hands. Highly recommend!

Mark and Daniel took great care of my dog and provided some great photos and updates while he was with them. It was so nice knowing he was in good hands while I was away.

James is a wonderful dog-sitter! He's responsive and attentive and took great care of my pup. He sent me pictures daily and she had such a fun time while I was out of town. Even though my dog is not the easiest to handle, I felt comfortable leaving her with James. Great service!

My senior French Brittany had a terrific vacation with Christine. She was very willing and able to adjust to his quirks, and my dog became part of the family during his stay. Christine and family were all so kind and experienced. I came home with a happy pup!

We just met Jesse & Emily the day I dropped off Bleu and they treated our boy like part of the family right away. I felt a good vibe during our Rover communication before booking and meeting them it immediately solidified my comfortable feelings of leaving Bleu with them! I received photos each day of his stay and it made me so very happy seeing him just so relaxed and laid back! We'll definitely inquire of their availability in the future!

Olive had an awesome time at Heather’s! She was responsive and sent updates with photos throughout the weekend. Her property is beautiful, with a big fenced area that is a dogs dream. We will definitely bring Olive back again!

Jani and Paul were such a delight! Wimby had a great time with the other dogs and was incredibly well cared for! We can’t wait to visit with them again!

Scott and Sarah are just wonderful and caring people - and your pet could not be in a happier and safer environment. I hope they are available on many future stays for my spaniel, Ennio.
