Dog Boarding in Troutville

John is a total gem! He took such good care of Zeus and sent me text/picture updates frequently, which was much appreciated. He was thorough and asked plenty of questions to make sure he kept up with Zeus's normal routine as much as possible, and he always checked with me before doing anything like taking him somewhere. It's quite obvious that he loves dogs and I felt totally comfortable leaving mine with him. I would absolutely have him dogsit for me again next time I'm out of town. Thank you so much, John!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We have had sitters come to our home before to take care of Ryker but we have never dropped him of any where. So I was nervous to say the least. Theresa was so kind, attentive, communicative, and inviting with my whole family and Ryker. She was patient with me when I stayed a little longer at drop off, she never made me feel rushed or unwanted. Ryker is a very hyper anxious dog in the beginning and she remained calm and reassuring that he would do great. She sent me pictures almost immediately after I got home showing me they were snuggled on the couch. We were going away to visit family and go to a wedding she sent updates and photos just the perfect amount of times in the day so I didn’t feel overwhelmed but still had a great sense of what he was doing and how he was doing. We came in late from our road trip and she couldn’t have been more understanding and kind about it. Driving home now and I know Ryker already misses her house. I will definitely use her in the future and highly recommend others to book her as well.

Shannon was so kind and helpful when it took to taking care of our dog who was in heat during her stay. She was also not phased by her energy level. She was able to keep her stimulated and happy.

A really nice person, keeped me up to date on my dogs progress of being with a Rover sitter the first time. Thank you , Emily for taking care of my dog Lola.

Samantha took amazing care of my puppy! It was our first time leaving him for a night and she kept us updated with pictures and kept us at ease. She is very quick to respond and we will be booking with her again!

Cheryl& Henry are truley great with dogs, they did exactly what they said they would do. They took great care of our rambunctious Diseal,they gave updates and sent us pictures. I recommend these 2 cause they are sweet ,,compassion love for animals

It was our dog's first time in longer term boarding and I couldn't be happier with her accommodations. Marah and her husband are truly dog lovers and very responsible. I was especially pleased to learn that the dogs are more or less grouped into separate buddy packs so they have good play time with others without being overwhelmed. Marah was very good about prompt feedback when I checked in and even sent pictures! Will definitely use again, highly recommended.

Our little pug Gruff always looks forward to his visits with Jody and friends! Wouldn't trust anyone else with our boy on our vacations away. Looking forward to our next visit! ❤️

Rebecca has sat our Beagle multiple times. This time, LuLu had a GI problem during her stay. Rebecca handled it with patience, compassion, and diligent monitoring. She did exactly what I would have done. It's so reassuring to know that our girl is in capable, caring hands while we're gone. Rebecca even followed up after the stay was over to see how LuLu was doing. Pet sitting is more than a source of income for Rebecca. She cares and is a genuinely good person. I will never use another sitter as long as Rebecca is around.

The absolute best people to watch the dogs! They are so friendly! My dog automatically took to them. They have a great home with a fenced in yard for the dogs to roam and play. Sent frequent photos and videos which I absolutely appreciated. Im sure my dog probably wants to move in with them, she thought she was in Vegas there. Very Highly recommended!

Candace was great to work with! She sent me pics along the way. She will be on the top of my go to list!

So kind and kept us up to date on our boys shenanigans. Fred was so happy when we picked him and I could tell he really liked being there with them.

Riley’s staff with at Taylor’s was great. They were very communicative and sent plenty of photos while we were away. Will be reaching back out to Taylor when we need some where for our dogs to stay while we are away.

We were so fortunate to have booked with Kim! She was communicative and thoughtful. Sending updates about Lucky's stay throughout. He seemed content during his visit with her little family and other boarded pups and was happy and healthy when we brought him home. Kim even provided a parting gift which was incredibly kind. I would absolutely rebook with her! ☆☆☆☆☆

Donna could not have been more kind, supportive, and collaborative when a medical emergency required us to cancel and rebook our trip. I am so grateful to her! I did not worry for even a second that my sweet Lola was in good hands!

McKenanne was absolutely wonderful! She was able to accommodate our last-minute booking request without any issues. Lily was clearly very well taken care of and looked so happy in all the pictures we received. Communication was excellent—we really appreciated the daily updates. Highly recommended, and we would definitely book with her again!

Crystal was a great dog sitter for Piper. She sent pictures and updates and was easy to communicate with. Our dog Piper seemed very happy and in good hands.

Naila loved her stay. She was pampered with love and affection.

Janet was great. Took great care of April. Sent lots of great pictures. Went above and beyond. I thank her so much for the short notice and changes. Janet is so pleasant and personable. Yes, I would recommend.
