Elisabeth was great! She checked on our cats and made sure to send pictures and videos to show they were really happy and enjoyed her visits. I think the cats were rather disappointed when we came back and their new friend wasn’t visiting them. :)

Fed my two cats and watered my plants. No issues, would recommend. Just make sure you set a clear initial meetup location and time.

Abigail was a wonderful Petsitter! She was so communicative and easy to work with. I felt very reassured that my cat was in good hands! I would have no hesitation booking her again.

Regina was really great! She watched our two cats for a last minute trip and they did very well with her. We have one shy cat who takes longer to get used to people and he was out of hiding and being social on only her second visit! I do appreciate that she took notes during our introduction when I was showing her around our home & telling her what to do. It shows an extra level of care. And with that, she followed all instructions perfectly & sent many pictures. We would definitely use Regina again!

Tricia was wonderful with our cat. She was extremely attentive to her care instructions and even asked some questions I wouldn’t have thought to address. She sent great pictures to show that the cat was happy, healthy, and well looked after. I would not hesitate to request for her help again.

Barb, The Relief Every Pet Owner Needs Over the years, I grew increasingly scared to leave my 3 cats in a stranger's care. If needed I always drove them to my parents but it became clear that the roadtrip stressed them out more than if I had just left them at home and had a stranger come by the house. As a 1st time Rover user, Barb was a perfect find! She made the whole process unbelievably breezy. She very punctual to the meet and greet she set up the same day I sent my request. I ran her through the cat's litter and feeding schedule and already felt good about her. Immediately after this meet and greet, she sent me a screenshot of the notes she took afterwards which were notes on the food/water/litter instructions we had discussed for the brief meet. This really sealed it for me; not only did Barb exhibit great memory recall but also great attention to detail which is certainly needed in pet care. I had Barb check in twice a day for my 3 cats for a total of 9 days. She is very punctual to the times discussed and an expert with sending photos of furry loved ones to ease anxieties. She also made sure I was made aware of any event that occurred immediately in the Rover Card for that very check-in time. When responding to her or asking her questions she was quick and attentive with her responses. One of my cats loves to escape and is a bit of a "queen of the house" type of cat so she gets a bit protective of "her home" and after giving Barb some tips and tricks in what we do, my cat became calmer and more accepting of Barb as more check-ins occurred. They grew closer towards the end which is a testament of Barb's personality and care qualities. My other 2 cats are shy ones so there was a worry that we wouldn't be able to confirm if they were eating or not. But eventually Barb's calm and gentle presence coaxed them out enough to be spotted for a food grab or a hydration stop every now and then. Overall, having Barb as a first time Rover sitter and first time pet sitter was a perfect match and I feel lucky to have had her watching over my pets.

Amanda was fantastic! She dropped in to watch my cats while I was away for the weekend. She fed them and cleaned the litter box. She even left them a toy! Outstanding!

Musa was very responsive, very responsible & very caring with our kitties! He was flexible in meeting with us although it was last minute, and was sure to send us photo updates while we were gone. Thank you Musa!

Elise watched our two cats again via drop in visits, and I have complete peace of mind and confidence when they are in her care. She sends helpful updates and info on the cats’ behavior, and Elise is delightful to work with.

Goes above and beyond by also helping feed our fish and taking in the bins. Really appreciate all the care she gives our three cats and descriptions.

Youyou was a fantastic pet sitter for us. From the initial inquiry, she was responsive and in tune with what pet parents look for. Our two little boys were in such great hands and they enjoyed her visits very much. The reports and pictures we received were perfect! She’s def an animal lover and knows how to care for them. We are looking forward working with her again!

Kaitlyn did an amazing job checking in our kitty. The photos and videos were so thoughtful and gave us a reassuring insight to our pet’s mood. She was able to easily adapt to our instructions and gave us peace of mind while away. She went above and beyond in her service and we will absolutely use her again in the future and recommend her to other fur parents are well!

Alexis took care of my two cats over a long weekend and she was amazing! She sent photos and write ups on every visit. You can tell she cares and takes the time to really follow your pets routines while also keeping you well-informed! Would highly recommend!!
