Youyou did a great job sitting our cat Jasper. Jasper is a shy cat but came out of his shell quickly and started hanging out with Naonao. We received lots of photo updates everyday and we’re confident Jasper is in good hands. Overall, Youyou is a reliable, responsible, communicative sitter and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Jason & Becky as always very kind and took care of Cocoa when I had to travel. Cocoa had a great time with them. This was the second time we boarded cocoa with them.

My dogs always have a great time with Sush’s family, playing in the big fenced backyard. We appreciate the regular photos and updates. It’s so much more comfortable for the dogs than being in a kennel.

Brianna was patient with my pup. He is super shy but in time he opens up, which he did with her and then they were taking walks every day. She updated me throughout the day without me asking and sent me videos. She is such a great sitter, she even made a cute little poster of him for me :)

Karen is an amazing pet sitter, we trust her implicitly. Our pup gets frequent eye infections and must be treated, Karen noticed he had a red eye and she took him to our vet for treatment. We do not worry while he is in her care which makes our trips more enjoyable.

Shirley watched my dog over a holiday weekend and she was amazing! I was so worried because I had never left my dog with anyone else before. But she was very caring towards my dog and made her feel comfortable. She took my dog outside several times a day. She also constantly sent me update photos which I loved! I'm so glad to have found her.

Helena and Nathan were incredible hosts for our pup! They consistently sent us pictures and videos everyday to let us know how he was doing. We loved their timely responses and would definitely choose them again to host our pup!

Jorge & Alejandra were great! They sent plenty of pictures of our pup having a wonderful time, kept her active, and even updated us when she skipped a meal. Will definitely be booking with them again!!

Our two dogs stayed with Byamba for 6 nights while we were on vacation and we couldn’t be more thankful for his family’s excellent care! The dogs looked like they had a blast going on walks, exploring the trail, and playing in the backyard. We received many updates and got to relax on our vacation with the peace of mind that our dogs were safe and enjoying their stay. Byamba was also attentive to our dog’s seasonal allergies and helped to administer medicine when needed. This is our second time using Byamba’s services and we look forward to many more staycations for Ozzy and Willo!

Max was in great hands for a week when his family was away! Mee Jeong took excellent care of him, working around Max’s picky eating and anxiety. She sent daily updates and pictures, and that definitely relieved our anxiety!!

Christine is amazing! She is so good with our goldendoodle, which allows us to fully relax when we are away. When our doggy saw our suitcases at first she was so glum, but when we said she was seeing Christine, she was genuinely thrilled! Christine takes such good care of her and it's a bonus that there are other pups there - it's like a fantastic sleepover for our dog. Also to note that Christine is an excellent communicator, which is enormously appreciated. We are truly grateful for Christine!

Momo had another great time with Loreen and her family. She sent us lots of photos and Momo was very happy in every photo. Thanks, Loreen again!

I’m so glad we found Kerstyn to watch our pup while we were out of town for over 10 days. He had an absolute blast staying with Kerstyn and her dog, Freya. We received regular updates that made us feel great knowing he was having so much fun. Highly recommend and plan to use her services whenever we can in the future.
