Lei is a wonderful pet carer! My cat Myrrh is usually shy with new people, but she gravitated to Lei immediately because Lei is so sensitive and attentive. Lei engages Myrrh with petting, scratching, and playing—just right for whatever Myrrh is in the mood for. Lei sends a detailed and thoughtful report of each visit right away, with lots of photos and videos. It's so reassuring to see Myrrh enjoying herself with Lei when I'm away. Lei is rock-solid reliable with visits as well as with communication. Myrrh has a daily medication, and with visits from Lei, I know Myrrh will always get her medication accurately and on time. I highly recommend Lei and will definitely rebook her to care for Myrrh!

Elizabeth was great with Kirby . She kept me up to date on the visit with pictures and texts. She also did extra house work on top of it, washing the dishes. I will definitely use her again!!

Sai stayed in our home and cat-sat our attention-addicted cat for 12 days. During this time, he gave our girl a lot of love, made sure she had all her needs met, and was responsive to any messages we sent him. Sai is trustworthy and professional. Our experience with Juan was excellent. He spent quality time with our cat, Simba, ensuring he was fed on schedule, the litter box was kept clean, and Simba got plenty of playtime. He was very flexible with our expectations and extremely attentive. His regular updates, along with photos and videos, gave us great peace of mind. We would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him.
