Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Gabriela is very responsive. She provided regular updates on Mila, since it’s Mila’s first time to be under her care. Mila grew attached to her during the 4 days of boarding. I really felt that Gabriela took very good care of my baby.

This was my first time using Rover and Thy watched my puppy at her house for the weekend. I was so nervous but Thy was amazing! She kept me updated on my pup and sent lots of pictures of them playing/on walks. Your dog is in great hands with Thy! I felt so at ease that my girl was being very well taken care of - Thy is absolutely an animal lover!

Kathrine sent me videos on my 6 year old dog acting like a puppy with excitement. He had such a great time staying with her over the weekend.

Vanessa and her husband are amazing!! She is caring, very communicative, responsive and loving. We will certainly use her again to take care of our boys.

Our dogs new family!!! Super appreciative of the love and attention Jackson got while spending a week with Megan and her family. We never worried about him and she was great to provide reports and pictures! Thanks again!!

Emily and Chris were great! Our pup was well exercised, cared for and so happy while staying with them. Our dog sometimes has a hard time while we’re gone but this was the happiest we’ve seen her!

Veronica was excellent. She even accommodated the need to put doggy diapers on our pup as she was recovering. She was very warm and trustworthy, and I would totally call on her again to board our pup.

Miley had a great time with Christine. She made friends and came home exhausted from playing. Christine stepped in a pinch to help us after another sitter had cancelled. I also made an error in my booking dates and she was easy to work with and get corrected no problem. She sent messages and pictures throughout the time to let me know how Miley was doing. We’ll definitely book again.

This is the first time I have left my dog with a pet sitter since I rescued him from a OK shelter three years ago. My dog is very quiet and timid and I was so worried that he was not going to do well with a pet sitter. Rebeca was awesome. I reached out to her with the dates I was going to be out of town. She listened to my concerns involving my dog and she even allowed me to do a meet and greet at her place so my dog could get acquainted with her dogs and I could see the surroundings/accommodations. Once I dropped my dog off so I could head out town, Rebeca gave me updates on my dog and sent pictures. Overall I knew my dog was in good hands and safe. I’m very grateful to have found Rebeca. She did a great job.

Vanessa was wonderful and very caring for my 18 1/2yrs old dog. She was attentive and give updateI would definitely have her watch my pet again.

Our dog had a good time staying with Chris while we were away. Chris sent us regular updates and checked with us when there were things he was unsure of. If we reached out, he was very responsive.

Jade had an excellent stay with Stacy and family once again. Jade really enjoyed herself as the family, especially, the kids really love her and she loves them very much. So much so, on her return home she misses them, although she’s happy to see us. Stacy and family take great care of Jade, and we feel very comfortable leaving Jade with them.

David’s entire family, including his two sweet daughters, showered my dog Zoe with so much love and attention. She didn’t have time to be homesick. The photos they sent showed how happy she was spending time with them over Thanksgiving. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic service. Quick reply to our request and provided lots of updates with pictures. I can see that they love dogs and I’m sure my pet would say the same. I highly recommend and I’ll be a repeat client.

Kami and her family were amazing with Jasper! They were extremely flexible with pick and drop off. Jasper came back so happy! Highly recommend her and we would love to have her help with Jasper again!

Ann and Rick are wonderful hosts! They take great care to attend to our dog's routines and likes/dislikes. They clearly love dogs and provide a wonderful atmosphere! Our dog loves to run in their big fenced backyard with their 2 dogs, and I think he misses them! We'll definitely be back.

Asia was amazing! She sent pictures and was a great communicator. She was flexible and made our trip so much easier knowing our Finn was in great hands.

Claudia is a consummate professional and her love for dogs radiates! She not only took superb care of our Henry, she loved on him like her own. Henry absolutely loved being in her care and playing with precious little Luna. Claudia is our pick for boarding, and she offers training too! Five enthusiastic stars!!!

Stacey and Christoper were great communicators! They contact us to send pictures and updates and ask clarifying questions about our pets preferences. Our dog Stella really enjoyed playing with their dog Winston. Drop off and pick up were smooth and quick. We had such a good experience, we have already booked again.

Lauren (and Bentley) were great hosts for our Kona while we were out of town. She was flexible, communicative, and kept us updated with photos and videos the entire trip!
