Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Carlos took excellent care of my dog Lily for about a week. He sent frequent photo updates, which really helped put my mind at ease while I was away. Lily looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for in every picture. When I picked her up, she was excited and clearly had a great time. I truly appreciated the attention and care Carlos gave her. Would absolutely recommend him and will definitely book with him again in the future!

We recently had David watch our two dogs and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. David was fantastic in every aspect - they were responsive, accommodating, and incredibly understanding when we got delayed due to traffic and were late picking up our dogs. It’s clear from the way our dogs acted when we got back that they had a wonderful time. We definitely plan on using David’s services again in the future. Highly recommended for any pet owner!

Jona was amazing with our dog Frankie! She was very flexible and even adjusted our pick-up time when we were delayed, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was how often she kept us updated — she sent 15–20 photos throughout each day, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how happy Frankie was in her care. It’s clear she truly cares for the pets she looks after, and we felt completely secure leaving Frankie with her. Highly recommend Jona for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and thoughtful sitter!

Cheryl and Gustavo provided outstanding, loving care to our dog Lulu. They kept us up-to-date on what and how she was doing with pictures and messages. Lulu is afraid of rainstorms and thunder, and Cheryl and Gustavo provided her a loving environment and provided extra attention so she would be more comfortable and not so afraid. Also, our return time was a bit up in the air since we were returning from NYC after having packed and moved our daughter from there, and Cheryl and Gustavo eased our stress by being super flexible on when we got there. Communication was key. Every step of the way, Cheryl and Gustavo were on point in communication which made everything so much easier. Can't wait until our next booking in a couple weeks. We know our furbaby, Lulu, will be so well cared in a loving home.

Krysta took wonderful care of my dog while he was boarded with her. She was very responsive and responsible and sent pictures every day with updates on how he was doing that I appreciated so much!! Overall excellent experience

My dog boarded with Lizabeth for almost two weeks - she sent regular updates and was very communicative the entire time. I could tell my dog has a lot of fun with her and the dogs she takes care of. She always ensures it is a safe environment for all dogs and does a wonderful taking care of them!

Ayme was such a wonderful host to our dog Toto. She welcomed him with open arms to hang out with her family this past weekend. I think Toto really enjoyed having other dogs to play with and sleep with and bark with. Ayme sent me so many pictures to ensure me that Toto was in excellent hands. She was a true dog professional and was able to handle our dogs quirks without making me feel like he was at all a problem. She was so positive and friendly and Toto immediately was happy to see her. She has a great backyard that is perfect for the dogs to relax and run around which I know our dog loves. Her home is great for hosting dogs and they can play on the furniture and look out all the windows. I felt so comfortable leaving Toto with Ayme and would definitely contact her again and recommend her to anyone.

We had a trip prepared several months ago and Charly our pet was ready to travel with us, at the last minute we discovered new requirements that we could not meet for Charly to travel with us and we had to look for last minute help, Rosario, was very attentive in attending our request and receiving Charly in her home at the last minute, her care for Charly was excellent and she kept us updated during the whole time he was staying at her home!

Veronica was awesome! She took really good care of my pups, they were so happy I don't think they wanted to leave her house! I reached out to her last minute due to a family emergency, and she was available. She was very sweet, and kept me updated with pictures and text messages. Thanks Veronica!

This is our second time staying with Falaq and she's great. My dog Oscar gets along well with Dallas, she sends photos daily, and Oscar keeps asking when he can go back.

Mariel dog sat for us for four nights. She took great care of our little Abby. She sent pictures and updates. We felt very secure that Abby was in great hands!

Stacy and her family take such good care of curie! Our nervous girl warms up quickly and loves the belly rubs and couch time :) Communication is also always easy, which is much appreciated. Thank you!!

Gabriela was professional, yet engaging and sweet to my dog. She sent pictures or videos unsolicited, which was fun and also calming to know my dog was happy and active. We will be using her services again!

Josie had a nice stay with David!! She came home a tired puppy. David provided timely updates on our girl and was super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. I recommend David for dog sitting anytime!

Our dog was happy (and tired, like we like!) when we picked him up. I received quick updates when I checked on him. We received a report card of his behavior at the end of his stay! Would book again!

Cortney really loves dogs. She took care of Lola really well and Lola seems to like her a lot. She is also very accommodating and communicative person. Definitely I will have her host Lola again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ann and Richard cared for Winnie as if she was one of their own. They sent daily photos and updates and also reached out to me when Winnie started licking one paw in particular - turned out to be nothing :-) I enjoyed my own trip that much more knowing Winnie was in good hands and having a great time herself in Ann and Richard's backyard and home with them and with her new pack.

Reece was so excited when we arrived at Miguelina’s home! He pulled to get inside! I am thankful for how well Miguelina and her family take care of Reece :)

Kimberly took great care of my dog Max. She went out of her way to ensure that he was comfortable and that she knew all there was to know about him. She even fed him snacks (bread and carrots) and gave him car rides which are two of his most favorite things to do! Max will be seeing her again soon, and I would definitely recommend booking Kimberly to take care of your pet too.

Melissa was wonderful!!! Mango had such a good time staying and playing with her two boys. The yard is great for the dogs to run around and play with each other. The boys are well behaved and Mango loves hanging out with Melissa and her family. Mango had a great experience. Thank you Melissa!!!
