Dog Boarding in West Springfield

I cannot speak more highly of Carlos! He is so kind and nice and loving to my baby girl. He sends photos frequently and has another dog himself (Sasha) and is just an absolute dream when I’m away at work. I HIGHLY recommend him, he’s an amazing man and will give the best comfort for your fur baby.

David and the family took great care of Gus! They sent lots of picture updates and were very responsive. Gus is already exhausted from playing so much this weekend!

My dogs had a great stay here! Nice yard, lots of walks and lots of picture updates. Extremely grateful for their flexibility as I had a bunch of scheduling conflicts with drop off and pickup and especially grateful for Rosario’s willingness to take care of one of my dog’s medical incident that happened day of drop off. 11/10 recommend and will definitely rebook!

Ariel was super organized and communicative. We got lots of pictures and updates throughout our short trip. Our pup was definitely in good hands.

Aside from being an amazing dog sitter, Darrin is a talented “dog whisperer” who got my dog to master several commands during his 2-day boarding! He also went out of his way to cater to my dog’s many allergies/sensitivities, which I truly appreciate. And Darrin’s dog Miso is also a great host! She is playful and caring (and models excellent behavior for other doggies!) I appreciated all the videos, photos and updates. My baby Sprinkles had a wonderful time there and I’m sure will be happy to return!

Ayme provided her usual great care to North. We are always happy when Ayme is available to watch North. We appreciate the photos she sends as well.

Lizabeth is exactly who you want watch your pup - experienced, attentive, caring, prompt, communicative, and provided wonderful updates. My dog had the best time and came back worn out (in the best way!) and you can tell she really knows how to handle and read dogs. Thank you Lizabeth!!

Jona was amazing with our dog Frankie! She was very flexible and even adjusted our pick-up time when we were delayed, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was how often she kept us updated — she sent 15–20 photos throughout each day, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how happy Frankie was in her care. It’s clear she truly cares for the pets she looks after, and we felt completely secure leaving Frankie with her. Highly recommend Jona for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and thoughtful sitter!

Coco had a great stay at Krysta's and enjoyed playing with her two dogs. I appreciated all the photo and video updates. Friendly, responsive communication. I'll definitely book her again

Julia did a fantastic job caring for our 3yr old dog. She and her family were engaging, and the plentiful pics made us comfortable that our dog was adjusting well. Julia was great in offering a meet up prior to the actual overnight stay, and her dog Junior got along well with ours. Thanks so much , Julia & family!

Ann and Rick are wonderful hosts! They take great care to attend to our dog's routines and likes/dislikes. They clearly love dogs and provide a wonderful atmosphere! Our dog loves to run in their big fenced backyard with their 2 dogs, and I think he misses them! We'll definitely be back.

Melissa is a great dog sitter! She cared for our old pug for a week while we were gone and did such a great job! She was very accommodating with drop-off and pick up, and was fine administering our pet's medications. We got lots of pictures while we were gone. I will use Melissa again, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for dog sitting!

Chris’s calm demeanor was exactly who my dog, Angus, needed to be calm and relax for his first overnight boarding. He was flexible and willing to walk Angus, even though he can be dog reactive. I really appreciated the updates which gave me confidence that Angus was adapting and I didn’t need to worry.

Jennifer, her daughter, and her super chill pupper JJ took great care of our old girl (14+ yrs). We got pics and status updates and she even alerted us to a potential health issue. Will definitely use her services again.

Stella loves to stay with Chulpan - she gets lots of outdoor play time, as well as snuggles. Chulpan sends lots of photos and videos and we feel great seeing Stella so happy :). Thanks Chulpan!

This is the first time I have boarded my dogs with Vanessa and my first review. She is exceptional. My dogs received the love and care I was hoping for. The photos were heart-warming. She was flexible and extended their stay when I needed accommodation. I will always use her when she is available.

Daisy had a great stay with Youngri and her family. Youngri was very accommodating with scheduling and an early pickup, and provided daily photos. Daisy loved playing with the kids and came home happy. We would definitely recommend Youngri and her family!

Marcela did a wonderful job with my two cats. She was able to pick them up from my house and take them to hers. She administered medicine, kept their feeding schedule, played with them, kept me informed, and sent pictures to me daily. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend her!

Kay and Marc were amazing dog sitters! We can’t say enough wonderful things about the care they gave our dog! The communication was wonderful throughout Callie’s stay and we especially appreciated the updates and pics. 100% recommend and will definitely be boarding with them again! I can feel Darcy had a great time during the stay and made a friend with his little buddy. I am so happy to have Gail as Darcy’s sitter and will not hesitate to send Darcy to Gail again in future.
