Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Our dog had a great weekend with Gail and Corky! We received regular pictures and updates throughout her stay. She came home happy and relaxed and with a treat bag (thanks!). We look forward to repeat visits with Gail.

So happy to have found this in home care for our fur baby during this extended trip. He came home happy and tired, and the frequent updates with pictures provided us peace of mind while away.

I cannot speak more highly of Carlos! He is so kind and nice and loving to my baby girl. He sends photos frequently and has another dog himself (Sasha) and is just an absolute dream when I’m away at work. I HIGHLY recommend him, he’s an amazing man and will give the best comfort for your fur baby.

Ariel was super organized and communicative. We got lots of pictures and updates throughout our short trip. Our pup was definitely in good hands.

Julia and her husband were great hosts for Riley! Julia was very responsive to messages (within a few minutes usually) and very accommodating and flexible to our extended night away for a wedding. We were able to coordinate a meet and greet a few days prior at their apartment dog park where we got to meet her two adorable goldendoodles! They were pretty big dogs compared to our 5 month old pup but they immediately wanted to play with her and become friends. It was our first time boarding Riley so we were a little concerned but Julia made sure to update us with pictures throughout the day. Riley seemed to have a great time and was pretty tuckered out by the time we picked her up the next day. We would gladly ask Julia to watch Riley again, especially because its within a 5 minute drive of our apartment!

Jennifer, her daughter, and her super chill pupper JJ took great care of our old girl (14+ yrs). We got pics and status updates and she even alerted us to a potential health issue. Will definitely use her services again.

We are so glad to find Stacy as she and her family looked after Jade so well. They took great care, played with her and even took her to their kid’s soccer game, exactly what we would have done! Jade came home very happy! :-).

My dog didn’t want to leave! Melissa and her family walked our pup multiple times daily, they took him to the dog park and they gave him plenty of love and cuddles during his stay. We will definitely book with a Melissa again in the future!

This was our first time having Ayme and her husband watch our dog. We were so impressed and so grateful for her thorough care and extra special touches. Without any prompting they played ball with our dog, who loves to play fetch, they let him snuggle on the furniture like he was one of their own and they even treated him to a yummy bone! While we were away I received multiple pictures and messages each day giving me updates on our pup without even having to ask for them. It made me enjoy my trip even more knowing that my sweet "mature" dog was in great hands with Ayme. I highly recommend and will definitely be reaching out to her should we need to find someone to watch our pup another time.

Chulpan took great care of our girl! She sent lots of updates and was careful to follow our instructions for our dog’s food allergies. We highly recommend her and will be using her again!

Yolismal and her lovely family took great care of our dog. She kept me up to date with photos throughout her stay. My dog was so comfortable by the end of the weekend she didn’t notice when I walked in to pick her up! Highly recommend her!

Ann and Richard are dog lovers, they took our two dogs into their family and loved on them as we would. As first time users of Rover, and the first time for our 2 dogs to be boarded away from home, we were apprehensive about their stay. Ann and Rich could not have been more understanding, and did everything to make us feel better about leaving our babies in their care. We had pictures every day, and our dogs had an absolutely wonderful time at their home. Outstanding experience in every aspect. Will be reserving again for our future travels.

Gabriella has been watching my elderly pooch on drop in visits on a weekly basis for the past several months and on two week-long stays at her home when I had to travel. Gabriela is very reliable, responds quickly and has a flexible schedule. She goes out of her way to make sure she is there for my furry friend and takes exceptional care, mindful of his many elderly ways. I am very pleased with her services and will keep using her. I highly recommend Gabriela!

This was my first time boarding my 12 yo Zoey at someone’s home. Krysta was very responsive and sent updates and lots of photos daily. I was able to relax during my long weekend away knowing Zoey was in good hands with Krysta and Alex—and that she was having a good time with their dogs. Altogether, it was a great experience. Rosario was absolutely amazing! She was so responsive and was able to help me out very last minute which is greatly appreciated! She sent updates throughout the day and treated Silly with such great care!

Cheryl and Gustavo (and their family) were amazing!! My dog was happy and well taken care of during her stay. I received pictures and text updates daily and had peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to worry about her care. I would leave my dog with them again without thinking twice. Our dog loved her stay! She played in the yard and became instant friends with the host's dog. She was taken extremely well care of and we were kept updated. Will definitely book again in the future.

Cooper had a great time with Chris this weekend, he came home tired, which was what we needed! Chris kept us updated with photos and filled us in on what they did. We were happy to have found Chris, thank you!

Mila loves being with Asia and enjoys spending time with her dogs. I love communicating with Asia; she's always very prompt and attentive. This last time we had to pick up our dog later than planned, and Asia was very understanding and patient.

Couldn’t ask for a better sitter for Tyson. They accept him as family, and he gets lots of love and play time when he stays with Dee. The only sitter I allow him to stay with!
