Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Thy did a wonderful job taking care of Jessie for the past four days. This is the longest she has stayed anywhere because she tends to get anxious and not eat/drink. There were no issues. Thy kept me apprised of her day including eating/drinking, as well as updates/pics throughout the day. It was a good stay for Jessie and helped me relax on my vacation knowing she was in good hands.

Coco had a great stay at Krysta's and enjoyed playing with her two dogs. I appreciated all the photo and video updates. Friendly, responsive communication. I'll definitely book her again

Vanessa and her family went above and beyond to accommodate our older, spoiled and persnickety Colby. Colby’s needs are all “human oriented” and Vanessa met the challenge with kindness as if Colby was her own. I would love to have Vanessa watch her again as future needs arise.

Absolutely fabulous experience. It was our puppy's first time staying overnight away from home. Alyssa was amazing. She sent daily updates and pics. We could tell our pup was happy and comfortable with Alyssa. Highly recommend and will book again soon.

Vanessa is so kind and I felt great about leaving Lilli with her. She was also very flexible when our travel plans changed and we appreciate it!

David’s entire family, including his two sweet daughters, showered my dog Zoe with so much love and attention. She didn’t have time to be homesick. The photos they sent showed how happy she was spending time with them over Thanksgiving. I highly recommend their services.

I used Benjamin for boarding my dog and was so pleased with the great care he gave. Benjamin treated my dog one of the family. Will definitely continue to use Benjamin for future boarding stays.

We are so glad to find Stacy as she and her family looked after Jade so well. They took great care, played with her and even took her to their kid’s soccer game, exactly what we would have done! Jade came home very happy! :-).

My dogs absolutely loved staying with Misa and her family. She was super communicative, shared a lot of pictures, and made sure my pups got plenty of walks and love. We felt so comfortable having her watch Bella and Duke!

Toby loved staying with Kami and their sweet family! We got lots of pics throughout his visit and would highly recommend Kami. He is looking forward to his next visit!

I’m so glad we went with Youngri for our week long holiday boarding. Initially I was a little nervous boarding Pearl with someone new but my fears were relieved as soon as I dropped her off and realized she was in loving hands. Youngri and her family went above and beyond to make sure my dog was well cared for, exercised, fed, and clean. I’m so grateful for all of the attention they offered my pup and appreciate the good communication about what was going on. Falaq took great care of my dog while I was out of town for a week! She sent regular updates, which put me at ease, and gave Luna plenty of time outdoors. Luna had a great time and I would absolutely trust Falaq again to take care of her!

Alejandra and her family took great care of our dog for the weekend. He settled right in and had fun with their sweet dog, Rubble. He was allowed to sit on the couch and be part of the family, and went on a nice walk with them too. We will definitely trust Alejandra with our dog again for future trips.

Willow has been going to Veronica since she was a puppy and she always comes back happy and looking like she had a great time. Veronica is flexible and accommodating and has been a lifesaver many a time.

We are repeat customers and are always pleased with how well our dog is cared for by Stacey and Christopher. They check in just enough and are always very responsive to our messages.

Mary always takes such great care of Challa. She keeps us up to date with photos and notes of how he’s doing. We can tell he loves the walks and attention she gives to play time with his favorite toys. It’s so reassuring to know he’s with a trusted caregiver!
