Dog Boarding in West Springfield

This is Ella ‘s first time boarding and as a parent I was anxious. Carlos was very understanding and Ella was very well taken cared of the 21 days she stayed and enjoyed Carlos’s company as well as his dog Sasha. He updates me regularly on how she is, and sends me pictures on their many lovely walks everyday . Ella has gotten comfortable in the company of other dogs also which is great. Now that she is home I am very sure she misses Carlos’s and his family’s company and constant attention . She got spoiled !! I will definitely book again on my next travel. Thank you so much Mr. Carlos! Until next time!

Rosario was so great, she was accommodating when I had to make last minute changes and was great at responding in a timely manner. She sent us pictures and videos daily and just made us feel our Tango was having the time of his life! Her dog got along great with him and it was so great to see that he had a play date as well. He definitely had a great time!

Jona was our favorite sitter ever!! She was very sweet to our older dog, communicated well, and reliable. Shr spoiled our girl so much that she didn't want to leave! Thanks Jona!

Our little Eevee is a very anxious pup and Lizabeth and her kids were all so kind and gentle and put in so much time making her feel comfortable and at home! Eevee loved their dogs and they had a blast playing! Would 100% recommend her!

Hendrix enjoyed his visit and was super happy there. He sent me pictures daily and told us things were going well. I’ll definitely rebook next time I need a dog sitter. Thank you.

Coco had a great stay at Krysta's and enjoyed playing with her two dogs. I appreciated all the photo and video updates. Friendly, responsive communication. I'll definitely book her again

We have found a gem in Ayme and her husband. Hugo loved his 5 day stay at Ayme's, which was evidenced by the fact that he did not want to leave when my husband went to pick him up! We got lots of awesome photos during his stay. Being teachers, they both had time to spend with him after coming home. Also the large fenced yard is a big plus for running around. Thank you Ayme, we will return and Hugo will be super happy! :)

Cheryl and Gustavo (and their family) were amazing!! My dog was happy and well taken care of during her stay. I received pictures and text updates daily and had peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to worry about her care. I would leave my dog with them again without thinking twice. I highly recommend Cheryl and Gustavo!!

They took such great care of Maple, including extra affection during a thunderstorm. My dog is very shy and anxious, but she warmed right up to her house family and their dogs. The pictures and updates they provided every day were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mariel dog sat for us for four nights. She took great care of our little Abby. She sent pictures and updates. We felt very secure that Abby was in great hands!

Cortney really loves dogs. She took care of Lola really well and Lola seems to like her a lot. She is also very accommodating and communicative person. Definitely I will have her host Lola again.

I am very happy I found Veronica. This was my first time leaving my dog a few days with Veronica and everything went well. My dog is always happy to see her. She really took good care of my dog :)

Jennifer, her daughter, and her super chill pupper JJ took great care of our old girl (14+ yrs). We got pics and status updates and she even alerted us to a potential health issue. Will definitely use her services again.

Youngri took wonderful care of our Cleo. Cleo is an older girl, requiring a daily medication and various supplements. Youngri was great with her and she sent us tons of photos throughout the stay, which we loved. I highly recommend Youngri as a top-notch dog sitter.

First time using Rover. Anne and Richard were awesome. We talked about the whole process, and expectations. Marci was very well taken care of. Came back happy. Will definitely use them again.

Kimberly is an extremely professional and responsible sitter. Our dog had a great stay with Kimberly! She became attached to Kimberly very quickly as Kimberly made her feel super welcomed at her home. I also appreciated the daily pictures and updates. Fal knew we were nervous leaving Gracie with a sitter for the first time, but she sent so many pictures and updates that I was completely relaxed after the first day. She and James took long walks with Gracie and Dallas, (I’m going to have to up my game now that she’s home😂), so Gracie got good and tired every day. Really, they took her in and cared for her like she was part of their family. Absolutely the best!

Ada was fantastic watching Sadie! She provided us with updates of how Sadie was throughout the weekend. Sadie was exhausted when we picked her up and we know she had the best time!
