Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Carlos is fantastic- he took excellent care of our pup for 10 days. She had several daily walks, time outside sunbathing and enjoyed the company of Sasha and several other friends. Carlos provided multiple updates each day with lots of photos (and he is an excellent photographer!). We would be happy for Carlos to watch our dog again!

My dogs had a great stay here! Nice yard, lots of walks and lots of picture updates. Extremely grateful for their flexibility as I had a bunch of scheduling conflicts with drop off and pickup and especially grateful for Rosario’s willingness to take care of one of my dog’s medical incident that happened day of drop off. 11/10 recommend and will definitely rebook!

David is always quick to respond and sends updates throughout our pup's stay. We always know Otis will have a great time with his family and be well loved!

Lizabeth is exactly who you want watch your pup - experienced, attentive, caring, prompt, communicative, and provided wonderful updates. My dog had the best time and came back worn out (in the best way!) and you can tell she really knows how to handle and read dogs. Thank you Lizabeth!!

This is our first time using Rover and needing to board our pupper. Jona made the whole process seamless and Whiskey took to her very quickly during our initial meeting which he doesn’t usually do. We have nothing but great things to say about Whiskey’s stay. We received multiple updates a day, lots of pictures (including ones of him eating!) which really made us feel like we are still part of his day. We really appreciate all the communication and Whiskey looked like he had a blast. 10/10 would highly recommend Jona and I look forward to being able to take more trips in the future knowing our puppy has a safe and happy place he can stay while we are away.

Another great weekend leaving our puppy with Vanessa! We are very appreciative of Vanessa and her family. They treat our puppy like their own!

Megha & Irene took great care of my pup! I left him with them for almost 2 weeks and were great about giving daily updates. They treated him like their own and Ollie enjoyed being around the other pups as well. I think he enjoyed his time so much, he may have been a little sad to leave! Will definitely be asking them to look after him in the future.

We were referred to Ann and Rick by a friend - and we know why she sang their praises! We had a friendly, welcoming meet-n-greet, during which time our dog was happy to romp with their dogs and explore their yard. This was so helpful and reassuring to us as first time boarders. We knew our pup would be in great hands while we were away, and we were right. He came home played-out and happy, and we know we will be reaching out again in the future. Thanks so much!

I was very nervous leaving my 10 pound little guy for the first time but he came home looking happy and well cared for. Sometimes when we pick them up from a dog sitter in the past, a different dog sitter, he would be upset when we brought him home. This time he seems super happy. I’m very impressed. Jennifer, her daughter, and her super chill pupper JJ took great care of our old girl (14+ yrs). We got pics and status updates and she even alerted us to a potential health issue. Will definitely use her services again.

Riley has a great time at Stacy’s house! She was immediately comfortable and Stacy does a great job sending updates. We look forward to booking with Stacy in the future!

Marcela is an excellent dog sitter. She’s kind and gentle. From our first introduction, my pup instantly felt comfortable with her. Marcela watched my pup with multiple drop-ins and a boarding as well. When I dropped my pup off for her first ever boarding, Marcela’s home is a was a great space and my doggy felt at home and was free to roam and explore. I would definitely recommend Marcela!

I’m so glad we went with Youngri for our week long holiday boarding. Initially I was a little nervous boarding Pearl with someone new but my fears were relieved as soon as I dropped her off and realized she was in loving hands. Youngri and her family went above and beyond to make sure my dog was well cared for, exercised, fed, and clean. I’m so grateful for all of the attention they offered my pup and appreciate the good communication about what was going on. I would definitely recommend Youngri and would plan on booking her for any future boardings. Thank you!

Miguelina helped us out in a pinch when a different Rover sitter canceled on us days before a long international trip. She was communicative and flexible and provided daily pictures. Will rebook when we need care for our pup in the future.

Mariel dog sat for us for four nights. She took great care of our little Abby. She sent pictures and updates. We felt very secure that Abby was in great hands!

Can’t say enough good things about Carrie and Matthew!! They treated Cooper like their own, and we felt so grateful for their kind and gentle attention. It ứa like he found a home away from home!! They are the best host family we have had met. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best sitter—I haven’t gone to anyone else since my first booking. TJ has made incredible progress under their care, from becoming more comfortable around other dogs to clearly signaling when he needs to go outside. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in his overall behavior and habits. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in such capable and attentive hands.

Courtney was wonderful watching my pup! She did a great job on updates and communication throughout my trip. I appreciate her flexibility and she was beyond kind with my pup. Would use again without hesitation!

Asia was so great with our dog and sent lots of pictures during her stay. It was our first time booking with her and we would definitely book with her again.

This was my first time boarding my 12 yo Zoey at someone’s home. Krysta was very responsive and sent updates and lots of photos daily. I was able to relax during my long weekend away knowing Zoey was in good hands with Krysta and Alex—and that she was having a good time with their dogs. Altogether, it was a great experience.
