Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Carlos took exceptional acre of our dog Chip while we were on a trip. Earlier in the week Chip injured his back and Carlos still agreed to care for Chip. We would not have left Chip with anyone else!

Rosario was absolutely amazing! She was so responsive and was able to help me out very last minute which is greatly appreciated! She sent updates throughout the day and treated Silly with such great care!

So happy to have found this in home care for our fur baby during this extended trip. He came home happy and tired, and the frequent updates with pictures provided us peace of mind while away.

Cheryl & Gustavo were great! Coordination was simple, they were flexible and very responsive. Mira jumped out of the car and ran straight to Gustavo. He put her at ease and she barely looked back as I left. She looked content and tired in every photo they sent while we were away. She got plenty of exercise and outdoor time. She is prone to anxiety when kenneled and she showed no signs of stress as they took such good care of her. Highly recommended!

Jona was super sweet and attentive. Our pup is usually a little skittish about being left at a per sitter but even though it was his first time with Jona, he happily went with her. We got tons of pictures and updates. Will definitely book Jona again!

Ann and Rick are wonderful hosts! They take great care to attend to our dog's routines and likes/dislikes. They clearly love dogs and provide a wonderful atmosphere! Our dog loves to run in their big fenced backyard with their 2 dogs, and I think he misses them! We'll definitely be back.

Krysta took wonderful care of my dog while he was boarded with her. She was very responsive and responsible and sent pictures every day with updates on how he was doing that I appreciated so much!! Overall excellent experience

I’m so glad we went with Youngri for our week long holiday boarding. Initially I was a little nervous boarding Pearl with someone new but my fears were relieved as soon as I dropped her off and realized she was in loving hands. Youngri and her family went above and beyond to make sure my dog was well cared for, exercised, fed, and clean. I’m so grateful for all of the attention they offered my pup and appreciate the good communication about what was going on. I would definitely recommend Youngri and would plan on booking her for any future boardings. Thank you!

This is our third time leaving our Boston Terrier with Veronica. She absolutely loves coming here. Our dog gets excited as soon as she notices where she is and she’s always very well taken care of.

Amazing choice for my two Labrador working dogs. I received daily updates with photos; the boys had an amazing time. They were even able to get my older dog to eat all his food without any of the fuss he usually gives me about eating. Will absolutely be booking again!

Outstanding boarding experience. Andrew (and Bubby) took great care of my dog Nala during my 19-day work trip, which included a massive snowstorm. Great communication, lots of updates, pictures, and a great experience for my dog. Andrew's setup is great. He is very present with your dog (works from home), has a fenced yard which allows for outdoor playtime, and has a very friendly dog of his own. I could not recommend Andrew more strongly.

Stacy and the family are great!! They always make sure that the boys get plenty of belly rubs, snuggles and play time! They love their walks and getting spoiled while we are away. Lots of pictures and communication, it’s always a pleasure!

Kimberly was great! She provided updates and pictures ever day that our dog stayed with her. Kimberly is well experienced with dogs and her home was great for our dog! Would definitely recommend again!

Michelle watched my dog Mugi on a last minute request. I noticed her family was all very respectful of his personal space when I dropped him off, and she gave me updates throughout the stay. I could tell Mugi was incredibly relaxed and at home with her and her family. After only staying for a night, he was comfortable enough to be cuddling with their family. I really couldn’t have asked for better people to watch Mugi. Thank you!!

Jordyn is a delightful, extremely caring & loving person for my puppy. She took many pictures and videos to ease my mind and also returns messages promptly. Vincent was wonderful! He was incredibly caring towards our dog and kept us continually updated with pictures and texts. You can tell he genuinely loves dogs and treated our precious pup like his own.

Amie is a jewel. It makes me tear up to think of how loving and caring she was for my pup Dylan. My dog had started a new medication a few weeks before i had to travel. But she was still having trouble with eating and anxiety the day I had to leave. I told Amie it might be difficult to get her to eat, but she took on that burden of worry and care for me when I couldn’t be there. She cared for Dylan like her own, adjusting to what Dylan could and couldn’t do, like walks, feedings, etc. It was a big deal for me that Amie would take Dylan in for the first time even knowing it might be difficult and even stressful. But she did. And not only that: she texted me throughout the day, sent pictures, and also talked to me at the end of the day so I could know even better what was happening. Dylan did well in her care - that’s the greatest thing. Even when she didn’t feel well she knew she had Amie (& her mom) there for her. I CANNOT RECOMMEND AMIE MORE STRONGLY! She made me feel ok leaving my dog when it was so hard - with what she was going thru. I knew I could trust her to not just take care of my dog but to really care for her. Priceless! You will be as glad as I have been to know her and have her care for your pet!

Lpsi was happy, healthy, and full of energy when I picked her up, a testament to the love and attention she received during her say. Vanessa is wonderful.
