Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Five stars isn't enough for Carlos! My wife and I are so comfortable on our holidays knowing that our Gus is with Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure Gus got plenty of exercise, outdoor playtime, and mental stimulation. He provided constant photo updates. Thank you, Carlos!--you are our "go-to" dog sitter!

Michelle watched my dog Mugi on a last minute request. I noticed her family was all very respectful of his personal space when I dropped him off, and she gave me updates throughout the stay. I could tell Mugi was incredibly relaxed and at home with her and her family. After only staying for a night, he was comfortable enough to be cuddling with their family. I really couldn’t have asked for better people to watch Mugi. Thank you!!

Ann and Richard are dog lovers, they took our two dogs into their family and loved on them as we would. As first time users of Rover, and the first time for our 2 dogs to be boarded away from home, we were apprehensive about their stay. Ann and Rich could not have been more understanding, and did everything to make us feel better about leaving our babies in their care. We had pictures every day, and our dogs had an absolutely wonderful time at their home. Outstanding experience in every aspect. Will be reserving again for our future travels.

Chewy was in excellent hands while with Cheryl and Gustavo. They worked with all his quirks and schedule, took care of him as if he were their own, and he came home happy and tired.

We recently had David watch our two dogs and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. David was fantastic in every aspect - they were responsive, accommodating, and incredibly understanding when we got delayed due to traffic and were late picking up our dogs. It’s clear from the way our dogs acted when we got back that they had a wonderful time. We definitely plan on using David’s services again in the future. Highly recommended for any pet owner!

Jona is a wonderful care provider for our precious French Bulldog, Daly. This is the 3rd stay-over Daly has had with Jona and her family. Not only does Daly get attention, meals, and walks, most importantly she gets love and care. Jona always keeps us well informed with updates and photos. That is an important and timely benefit for her clients. I highly recommend Jona for anyone who wants their beloved dog to have a safe, caring, and happy time away from home.

Kristi and her family were so kind and welcoming! She sent us pictures of Jinnie every day, and he looked so happy and comfortable in every single one. Kristi was also very flexible and understanding when I had to change my drop-off and pick-up times, which I really appreciated. I especially loved how thoughtful she was about making sure Jinnie felt comfortable with her dog, Loki. She introduced them carefully and kept them separated at first, as well as from another dog she was watching, which made me feel much more at ease. Jinnie must have had such a great time with Kristi and her family because he looked happy, healthy, and completely comfortable when we picked him up. We would definitely have Jinnie stay with them again! Highly recommend! ❤️

Andrew was amazing! He provided daily updates/pictures during the 5 days he cared for Hunter. I was able to enjoy my family vacation with no worries.

Melissa was awesome with our pup and also with us considering this was our first time using Rover. She was caring and kept us posted throughout our trip. She sent pics and videos every day which was great!! We will definitely use her again!

Stacy and her family were AMAZING!! My big, active working line German Shepherd can be a handful, and he typically doesn't do well at all in boarding situations. The last time I went away for a week, he didn't eat for three solid days. At other times, he sits by the door or window, moping and waiting for me. He likes people, but is very slow to really warm up to them. He almost immediately seemed to fall in love with Stacy and her family during our initial meet & greet, which really surprised me. When I decided to try this family, I knew her two children were either going to be a huge "plus" for him-- he does like kids, a lot-- or possibly a deal breaker if they weren't enthusiastic yet respectful around dogs. Her kids are a delight, and I know they made his stay very pleasant for him. Stacy kept me updated with how he was doing, and I am positive based on his demeanor when I came to pick him up, that he had a wonderful, fun weekend while I was away. I was very anxious about leaving him after past experiences, but Stacy and her family are 100% wonderful!! I would never be anxious with him under their care, I know he is safe and having fun with them 🩷 Additionally-- Stacy seems very well organized. I didn't expect a house that does daycare & boarding to be so spotlessly clean, yet still allow dogs on the couches and furniture. My German Shepherd got a lot of "cuddle time"! She also followed my instructions on feeding perfectly. When I came to get him, his items-- food, supplements, blankets, toys, training tools (e-collar & prong collar) were neatly packed and ready. I feel very lucky to have found such wonderful people to look after him!

Marcela was an amazing sitter for my senior dog, Coco, on all of the occasions that we booked with her! She was super accommodating and did a fantastic job with taking care of Coco and making sure he ate his medications and sticking to his diet. I can tell that Coco is really comfortable with Marcela and has a fun time when he is over!

Thank you Michelle for taking care of Mowgli while we were away. Michelle is the best sitter. She reported regularly on Mowgli and sent us pictures daily. This is the second time this year we had Michelle watch mowgli.

Miguelina and her family were amazing with my puppy Thor. I was nervous leaving him for the first time.  She made sure to keep me updated on how he was doing. I received multiple text updates and  pictures of a very happy puppy. He seemed to really enjoy being around her family and playing with her dogs. She was very patient and  took great care of my little guy. I will definitely use her services in the future.

Veronica made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met...my fur-babies are my children and I am always very concerned when looking for a sitter. Veronica sent me daily pictures and updates, which made it easier for me being away from my babies! Will definetely use her services again and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a sitter! Gail was amazing! Consistently provided updates to me of her temporary co-worker lol. My fur child had a great time with her and I would absolutely recommend and use Gail’s services again. Thank you Gail!!

Daisy had a great stay with Youngri and her family. Youngri was very accommodating with scheduling and an early pickup, and provided daily photos. Daisy loved playing with the kids and came home happy. We would definitely recommend Youngri and her family!

Amie was amazing, yet again! She took amazing care of my little guy and made sure to update me for the duration of his stay. We are so grateful! THANK YOU AMIE!!

Carrie and Matt provided me so many updates, video and images over the course of my trip to ensure I could keep peace of mind that my doggo was being well taken care of. He went on solo and socialization walks with other dogs, ran around with zoomies in the backyard, took infinite naps on their couches and got along great with their kids. I even got updates they were keeping up with his teeth brushing and hot-spot treatment. I'm very grateful for how whole heartedly Carrie and her family accepted my dog as one of their own and will be looking to use their services again anytime I need a sitter in the future. My dog was in great spirits and loved being part of their family for a short while!

Couldn't ask for a more caring person to watch our Chewie. Kimberely sent pics and updates and we will definitely use her service when our plans take us out of town.

We couldn't be happier with the care given to our pet while he stayed with Garrett and Ana! They treated him like he was their pet. Our pet got along well with their dog, the other Rover visiting dog, their kids and visitors. He was walked and loved on a lot! He was exhausted upon returning to our house.
