Pet Sitting in West Springfield

Marcela was fabulous! Our pit bull Stella had never had a sitter before and doesn’t make friends easily with everyone, but she just adores Marcela. While we were away for a week, Marcela played a lot with Stella multiple times a day, was always on time, and sent us great detailed reports on every visit. Stella can’t wait for her next pet sit with Marcela!

Reliable and professional provider! We recommend Maura for dog sitting services. Maura was prompt and courteous for the initial visit, and remained responsive throughout our trip. When we returned, our labradoodle, Cody, was calm and happy. It was evident he had been well cared for. Maura went above and beyond by wiping down high touch surfaces (doorknobs, etc.) prior to our return. We look forward to working with Maura in the future.

I will continue to rebook Dionisia whenever she’s available during our travel… she’s been easy to communicate with, and my house and dogs are always in great shape when we return.

Ashley took care of my cat Misty and did a great job! Misty is usually a little shy when new people come around, but Ashley was great about making sure to find Misty, say hello, and make sure she as taken care of - even if Misty was hiding under our bed.

Alina was excellent - very easy to communicate with and willing to be flexible as our schedule slightly shifted! Our dog, George, enjoyed his time with her and loved playing with her in the back yard. She kept us updated with great feedback about the visits and adorable pictures! We would absolutely book Lucy again! She was very kind with our animals and communicative with us - I could tell from our initial meet and greet that she was more than responsible enough to care for our two cats, even with multiple medications that needed to be administered. We look forward to working with Lucy again!

We had a wonderful experience with Sophie and will definitely be using her again in the future! She was very respectful of our home and our dog's routine, making sure everything was comfortable for our dog. She gave our dog plenty of attention and affection, and gave us frequent updates with photos which helped us feel at ease while we were away. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and loving caregiver for their pets!

Seth came over to meet our Miniature Schnauzer, and within short order Sylvia was very comfortable with him. The day of the event--our daughter's wedding--was hectic; it was a great relief to know Sylvia was going to be visited by someone with whom she was clearly smitten. We received pics and an update right on time. Thanks to Seth for taking care of our sweet girl! Highly recommend.
