House Sitting in Woodlawn

This was my first time leaving my dogs in the care of someone outside my immediate family, and I was extremely anxious. Before the trip, Eric took the time to meet with me and my pups, carefully taking notes and making sure the dogs felt comfortable around him. I truly appreciated his attention to detail. While I was away, Eric was very communicative, sending at least one detailed daily update with photos. My dogs were clearly well cared for and happy!

Dana took great care of our cat! She provided numerous updates, photos, and videos, and maintained her semi complicated feeding schedule and nutrition supplements.

Anna and Hieu are amazing! They stayed with our menagerie (two can-be-a-handful old dogs, a budgie, and fish) while we were out of the country for 12 days, and I never felt a moment of doubt or concern about how everyone was doing at home. Because they work remotely like us, the dogs' day-to-day schedule was basically unchanged, which was ideal. We got funny daily updates with lots of photos that clearly showed how comfortable and content all the animals were, and both Hieu and Anna reached out to touch base when there was a question. They gave meds, made sure the dogs got their exercise, and left our house spotless. They even watered the garden and visited with neighbors. We could not hope for more and are so grateful for their exceptional care. Our dogs love their new aunties and can't wait for us to go out of town again so they will come back.

Deborah was fantastic as a housesitter for our 3 cats and 1 very spoiled dog. She kept us up to date and sent pictures every day of the 6 days we were gone. Deborah was very polite and kind and even left our house cleaner than when she found it! She swept off our driveway, porch and deck all full of leaves. We really appreciated that we didn't have to clean the house again after coming home from a long drive. She washed her bedding and towels and left the house just as neat and organized as she found it. She even left US a gift thanking us for sharing our home with her. We will absolutely use Deborah again.

Jeana stayed at our house with our dog for 3 nights while we were out of town. She went above and beyond expectations. We would definitely reach out to Jeana for future bookings. It was a relief knowing our dog was comfortable with her, which is hard to find.

Carly is great! She looked after our dog at our house for the weekend and we were very happy with her care. She’s communicative and attentive and our dog was very happy when we got home. We look forward to having Carly care for our pup again!

Tara did a wonderful job with our puppy and cat while we were away for a long weekend. She communicated a good amount to keep us reassured, but not too much. She even gave our dog a bath when she got muddy outside! Will definitely use Tara again for our pet/house-sitting needs!

I mean, how can you describe this sweet, amazing and caring woman! My dog just loved her and he's going back for more! He's got to take tons of pills and Veronica managed it like a true professional. She picked Skip up from me and dropped him off. She sent photos and videos and was always available if I just wanted an update. She knew to call right away when he had a little facial seizure and made sure to baby him~ Definitely recommend!

Lenny is the best, and takes such wonderful care of my boys when I’m out of town.

Melissa was out of this world AMAZING !! I had a terrible Rover experience back in July so I was very nervous about finding a new pet sitter again, but Melissa very quickly settled my nerves. We did a quick meet and greet before her first pet sit which I find to be incredibly helpful. We talked about expectations and showed her around the house. Taking care of declining seniors is hard work but Melissa left my home in better shape than what I left it in and she communicated with me throughout the entire pet sit. I will absolutely book her again !!!

She was absolutely wonderful! She followed instructions down to every detail, which was so important to me with my two boys’ different needs. She stayed very communicative throughout and made sure I felt completely comfortable with her care. I came home to happy pups, cookies for me, and a special festive treat for my boys — such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!

Grant and Yunrui were, simply put. awesome. This was the first time we ever had someone stay in our home with our pets and admittedly, I was a little nervous. Throughout the entire process they understood my feelings, and were patient —from the initial meet and greet to answering our questions before and throughout their stay. They were so respectful of our home and so loving and caring for our animals. Every day we got updates and pictures and I can’t say enough about how this experience has been so positive. We will definitely rebook them again for future stays!

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! Alexis completely exceeded every expectation we had. She cared for all four of our dogs (4 BIG Bernese Mountain Dogs), Millie, Maisey, Bon, and Lucy, and I was truly blown away by how attentive, patient, and loving she was with each of them. Maisey is extremely anxious and can be a very challenging dog to care for. We are always nervous leaving her with someone new, but Alexis was unbelievably gentle, patient, and accommodating with her. She never rushed her or pushed her outside of her comfort zone and took the time to understand exactly what Maisey needed. That alone meant more to us than I can explain. On top of caring for four very large dogs, Alexis administered medication to both Maisey and Bon, handled their walks and routines, and somehow managed an honestly overwhelming amount of work with so much kindness and care. We are admittedly very nervous dog parents, and she kept us constantly updated and made us feel completely at ease. I cannot overstate how impressed we were by Alexis. Her ability to give four dogs such individualized and attentive care is incredibly special. She is genuinely one of the kindest people and has such a natural way with animals. We came home feeling beyond grateful and honestly so lucky to have found her. I would trust Alexis with our dogs again in a heartbeat and truly cannot recommend her enough!

Jenny is absolutely great with our dog and two cats. She’s prompt and responsive, leaves our home in spotless condition, and provides daily updates.

We have two very anxious pups, and against all odds ZaNai won them both over. She was patient, knowledgable, and clearly experienced. She kept us informed and even FaceTimed us daily so we could see the dogs. She took great care of our house, leaving it clean and even ready for us to come home with fresh linens on the beds and freshly baked brownies on the counter! We are so grateful for ZaNai and would 100% recommend her to anybody looking for an in-home dog sitter!
