Dog Boarding in York River Farms

O&I was able to take in Beamer as last minute and a 10pm drop off/pickup request to due to work meeting. Just moved to the area and they made Beamer feel comfortable.

Bryan and family kept my dogs engaged and happy during their holiday stay. I greatly appreciated the photos of my pets with his family knowing that all involved were safe, happy, and having fun.

Melissa and her family did an amazing job caring for Cognac and Luna! They kept us updated with photos throughout the day and went above and beyond, spending time playing with them and even brushing them. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were getting such loving care. Our dogs were so happy and comfortable with them. We will absolutely be booking with them again—we’ve found our permanent dog sitter! Highly recommend!!

She’s the best doggy sitter we’ve ever had!! Allowed us to have peace of mind while we were away by sending videos and pictures of our pup. Constant responds to any questions I would have through out the day and a speedy manner. I could tell she was very attentive to our boy and is a loving person that takes pride in her service. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a loving, caring, respectful person to take care of their pet. Look no further!!!

This is the first time we have ever left our dog with a sitter who was not a friend or family member. Amanda made us and our dog Bo feel very comfortable throughout her weekend stay. She accommodated our changing schedule due to travel, traffic and weather changes. Amanda sent us updates and photos throughout the weekend and Bo seemed to love her time there. Also, Amanda’s daughter and her dog were friendly and welcoming to our sweet Bo. I would bring her back again when we are back in the area!

Emily was very kind from start to finish. She was also very understanding at accommodating my needs that were unexpected. Max and I hope to see you again soon Emily!

My girl seemed to have had the best time with Jessica! I got picture updates while I was out of town and came back to a happy puppy who didn’t seem to want to leave. Jessica was super flexible as I had a very last minute booking and was even able to work with me changing my pickup date! Will definitely book again for future trips

Alexander and her husband took such a good care of my Oliver. As soon as I dropped off Oliver I had a good feeling that he was going to have an awesome stay. Not only he was taken good care, but he meet friends.

Kacie is always wonderful with our dog! He always leaves her house happy and I feel so safe leaving him with her! We will definitely use Kacie again in the future

Julie and Kenneth were great caretakers of our corgi puppy, Cashew! The daily update with lots of adorable photos were just what we needed while away. It was clear that Cashew was safe, cared for, loved, and having a great time. We will always book with them in the future. Extremely recommend!

We have booked with Teona and Louelyn many times. The last two bookings were both over a week long! What I love most about them is the fact that I know our basset hound is being taken care of so I can focus on my vacation with my family! I never need to worry! My dog is always so happy to see them at drop off and pickup has always gone smoothly! They are flexible and have a very clean home!

Heather is a godsend. This was my first time leaving my 10 month old extremely high energy GSP/Springer puppy. And knowing he was with her, made it so much easier. She sent updates and pictures that were really appreciated. Heather is a wonderful dog sitter and I could tell how happy my puppy was that he enjoyed himself so much.

Megan went above and beyond caring for Luna while I was away from October 13th to the 26th, and I truly cannot thank her enough. Luna has cancer, and as her health continues to decline, she has good days and bad days. Knowing that Megan was there to care for her with such patience, compassion, and understanding that meant more to me than words can express. My dog got sick and developed diarrhea during the last couple of days of her stay, Megan didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. She even slept on the floor beside Luna’s dog bed to keep her comfortable and close by, and gave her a much needed bath when she got soiled. That level of dedication, kindness, and genuine concern for Luna’s well-being speaks volumes about the kind of person Megan is. Leaving a beloved pet who is facing health challenges is never easy, but knowing Luna was in such caring and thoughtful hands gave me so much peace of mind. Megan treated Luna with the love, dignity, and compassion she deserved, even when things got messy and difficult.❤️🐾

Tashaun was really great. I was driving from out of town and he was flexible with the drop off and pick up times. He sent lots of photos and was very communicative, so I knew my dogs were in good hands.

Melanie provided great care for Harvey while we were out of town. She sent updates regularly and lots of pictures. Her space is great with a yard to run around and her own dogs to socialize with.

Tara and Norman (their pup) were AWESOME! Griz had such a good time with the whole family. I can tell she's was played with a ton, and loved on like a family member. I'd 100% recommend Tara to watch your animals!

Picked up my puppies yesterday and I really don't think they wanted to leave because they enjoyed their stay! Thanks so much for a taking excellent care of our babies!
