Bryana did a fantastic job taking care of our 2 dogs. She provided the care they needed and even checked in on the well being of our boys when the house got too warm, and when one of our dogs wasn’t eating due to nerves. She didn’t even hesitate to offer additional visits if she felt that her planned visit was not going to be enough to make sure our dogs don’t feel alone for too long.

Nicole was a wonderful sitter! She responded daily with photos and daily progress reports!

Our dogs are sometimes a handful! Megan and Kyle did a great job and followed all our instructions.

Found Victoria after moving to the area and we were in need of a cat sitter. She is a gem! She is so responsive and kind. And great with our kittens. Can’t recommend her enough!

Couldn't be happier with the job that Dustin and Allison did this weekend. They obviously really cared about our little guy and based on the photo updates we got he was having a great time. Bertie & Lissette took wonderful care of my dog, Briggs, during a very last-minute weekend trip. As a first-time Rover user, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. They responded quickly and enthusiastically, arrived as scheduled, and provided regular updates, including photos and videos that gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Briggs looked happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout his stay. Communication was excellent, the feedback was helpful, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to book with Bertie & Lissette again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring pet sitters.

Brooke was great! My dog liked her and her daughter instantly. There was a mix up with scheduling but she had a very valid explanation and was very apologetic for the mix up and corrected the issue as soon as she could. I will definitely book her again!

Tamara was amazing!! We have two pups including a recent rescue who is very anxious. She was so patient with him (and us!). She kept us in the loop and made sure the dogs were not just safe but comfortable too!
