This is our third time leaving our beloved Layla with Julian and Jocelyn. We moved from Astoria to Jersey City, and couldn't find anyone who came close to Julian and Jocelyn. They are the kindest, warmest people and true animal lovers. Our dog has separation anxiety and like most dogs hates to be left behind, but as soon as she reaches Julian and Jocelyn 's apartment her anxiety is lessened. She had not seen Julian in over seven months and she warmly greeted him and gave him a smooch, something she doesn't do often to people she is not comfortable with. Layla quickly seemed at home in their apartment. Throughout Layla's stay we received detailed updates with pictures of their adventures, such as long walks, visits to the park, and ball playing in doors (which is Layla's favorite). Knowing that the trip is difficult from Jersey City to Astoria, Julian offered to meet us in a more convenient location. When we needed to extend Layla's stay there was no issue. Julian and Jocelyn are very flexible and really go above and beyond to make life more comfortable and easier for both our pet and for us. When it was time to say good bye, Layla seemed confused for a minute and went over to Julian to say good bye. I could really see that there was a strong bond. Julian and Jocelyn are a class act, you won't meet nicer more caring people. Thank you again for your generosity and for always taking such wonderful care of Layla.

I could not recommend Catherine enough. She and her husband treated our dog Jules as their own and truly went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They are some of the most caring people I've met and are true dog lovers. We were happy to receive the personable updates and notes, and felt at ease leaving the country, knowing Jules is in their loving care. Thank you, both!

Jyotidipta and his family took great care of our dog Eddie after a last-minute weekend trip request. Great communication. Their house is in an awesome neighborhood for a dog, with a yard and trails around. Hopefully Eddie will get to go back again soon because I'm sure he loved it. Thanks!

Natalie and Patrick were great! I couldn't be happier with the care my dog received! The sitter was incredibly professional, attentive, and loving. They kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the week and I got to see the love and care my dog was shown. My dog was calm and happy when I picked her up and I could tell she had a great time with the family. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

Hannah was amazing! She was one of the best sitters on this site. Communicated throughout the stay, with pictures and updates. Our dog came home smiling!

First time using Rover. Ruchi and her family took excellent care of Willy. Highly recommend Ruchi. Will definitely use her for next trip. Always kept us updated and sent lots of pictures. So much better than a kennel.

Sonya was absolutely wonderful! You can tell she loves dogs and I got regular updates to let me know how Dixie was doing. Sonya was easy-going and a fantastic communicator. She took great care of my girl!

Laura is wonderful! As is her whole family.  We have used her many times and have been pleased every single time.  Our lab recognizes Laura's driveway and gets very excited as we approach her house to drop her off.  A sure sign she loves it there.  We never worry about our Hazel while we are away and rest easy knowing she is well cared for and happy.  We even get pictures throughout her stay.  I would recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service and care.

Jessica was awesome. She sent updates and pics, accommodated our schedule, and made us feel 100% comfortable leaving our dog. Wouldn't hesitate for a second using her again or recommending to anyone.
