House Sitting in Fairfax

Benjamin took excellent care of our dog and cat in our home. They were super communicative and kept us up on what our fur babies were up to. We highly recommend Benjamin and would book them again.

Hailey saved us while we were in a major pinch! Our dog care fell through last minute and Hailey was responsive, flexible and patient with us as we navigated some last minute scrambling. She was go-with-the-flow even though she had never stayed at our home or cared for our dog before (she had been just once before, a while back, to care for our cat). Both our dog and cat were in good spirits when we came home after Hailey’s care. Thank you Hailey!

We came home to two very tired and happy pups! Avery stayed with our 2 dogs for a few days and was so great about meeting their differing needs. We will definitely be booking her services again in the future!

Will did a great job with Roxy. She is diabetic and needs two shots of insulin per day, and Will was right on top of it. He left the house in good shape at the end of his stay and he sent text updates as well as pictures of my dog while I was gone.

Sukhpran was an exceptional dog and house sitter. She watched our Henry for over 4 days, playing with him, taking him on multiple walks a day. Sending pics and updates. He had the time of his life. Henry can be pretty aloof when it comes to strangers, but when she left he stood in the driveway waiting for her to come back. That’s a mark of a good sitter! She also kept the house neat and tidy, cleaning all the bedding and linens before she left which was unnecessary but very considerate. I highly recommend Sukhpran. We will be using her services again.

Hayley is the best dog sitter we’ve ever hired, and we’ve hired at least a dozen before her. She’ll send you frequent updates. She also reached out to make sure our dog’s “quirky” behavior was normal. We came home to a clean house and a happy dog!

Christine came to stay with our dogs in our camper for a wedding weekend we were attending. She was a great communicator, and she was willing to sit in our RV with our boys while we were gone. They were well taken care of with her! If we are in the area again, we will for sure be giving her a call.

Paige did a great job with Poppy. I was very satisfied with the communication from her and happy to receive pictures and daily updates. I believe Poppy was well cared for and would recommend Paige to others.

Brooke was absolutely wonderful with our two big dogs, including a high-energy 1-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. She was professional, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with, which gave us a lot of confidence while we were away. Throughout the stay, Brooke took excellent care of the dogs and kept us updated, allowing us to enjoy our trip knowing they were in good hands. We came home to happy, relaxed dogs and a home that was incredibly well cared for. Brooke went above and beyond and treated both our pets and our home with great care and respect. We would happily book with Brooke again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring pet sitter.

It was our first time leaving our dogs with someone since we moved here from out of state, and Fiona was absolutely amazing with them and immediately put my mind at ease. She sent frequent updates and pictures, gave them a ton of great play time and attention, and even took them on a special trip. Our dogs both loved her and will be so excited to see her again next time. We highly recommend her for any of your animal care needs!

We appreciate Anna so much! We needed a sitter last minute and she was more than happy to help! We have used Anna in the past and will continue too! She always takes such great care of our two dogs!

Beatrice was great with our 80lb love bug (Belgian Shepherd / Lab mix). He's a big pup who needs a good amount of play, and she took care of him for 3.5 days, last minute, over the Thanksgiving holiday. We felt comfortable leaving Trooper and our home in her company!

Shannon took care of Bennie at my home for 2 nights/3 days. Everything went well, she was very responsive. She took him to some nice wooded trails for walks. The house was clean and Bennie was content when I returned. I would definitely have her walk Bennie and/or house sit again.

Sophie did a fantastic job caring for our cat and two rather energetic dogs. We came home to a neat and clean home and three well-cared for and happy pets. No notes. You can hire Sophie with complete confidence.

Jaime is a shining star in the dog care world. She is the first person we ever left our dog with outside of family, and it went far better than we could have imagined. Her kind heart, professionalism and outstanding comminication throughout the weekend put us at ease and allowed us to really enjoy our get away. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, highly recommended. She is amazing at what she does, and clearly has a love for animals.

Matt does a great job every time he housesits in our home. We come back to calm cats and happy chickens. By the sounds of it, I think one of our cats in particular has been scheming how to make him stay longer, and will probably attempt to hide in his bag the next time around. :)
