Ashley was thoughtful, professional, and punctual from first contact to the end of the visit. She asked great questions during the meet and greet to get to know our cats and our home well. She sent lots of photos and took extra steps to care for our cats and our home during her visits, and she did it all with a great sense of humor that allowed us to feel relaxed and stay present on our trip out of state. We will definitely book with her in the future!
Ella has come to our home to care for our cat Misty 3 times now and each time she has been communicative and we have always come home to a happy cat. I would highly recommend Ella.
