Cat Sitting in Auburn

Ali stepped in to help with our kitty and water plants on a very hot weekend. Her support kept all the flowers alive and we came home to a happy kitty who had received good playtime and snuggles.

Ernest and Lauren always go above and beyond. They're so kind and caring and communicate often and clearly. Our boys (3 kitties) love them and were so thankful we found them.

Selena did a great job looking after my kitties! She is clearly an animal lover and cares for your pets well while you’re away. I would happily recommend her to others.

Mandi was the best! She took great care of my cats and was totally comfortable and willing to do insulin injections. She clearly cares a lot about animals and I felt very safe leaving mine with her!

Renee was the best! She was so good with our cat that is very shy and she took great care of her! We will definitely ask Renee to care for our cat every time. I recommend her highly.

I have a diabetic cat who's afraid of everyone and requires insulin injections 2x a day. I have not been able to find anyone willing to take on this challenging situation, until I found Cassie on Rover. I swear she can walk on water and is a cat whisperer. She took the time to come and watch me do a glucose test and insulin injection before the first trip I've been able to take in 7 yrs , knowing she would take good care of Punkin. I was gone for 8 days and she came twice a day and Punkin didn't hide from her like she does with everyone but me. I could not recommend her highly enough and will definitely be planning longer trips, using Cassie without worrying my cat would suffer. If you want a sweet, reliable and caring cat sitter, you want Cassie on Rover.

Axel was all around great! They were punctual, easy to communicate with, and sent lots of cute pictures. :) They also kept everything tidy, which I really appreciate.

Danielle was very attentive with my rabbit and provided excellent care. I was very pleased that she seemed respectful of my rabbit's territorial behaviors. She was reliable, thorough, and took the best pictures!

Rose watched my two cats over a 4 day period—Stayed at my house caring for them and keeping them entertained. They provided updates and lots of cute photos. I would absolutely have Rose back for cat sitting!

James took care of our two cats for a week. This was our first time leaving them alone this long. I've used Rover many times in the past, and I just need to say that this experience was the best yet! I am a Rover sitter myself (similar # of reviews and 5 stars), and I would even choose him over myself. He spent genuine time at our house through the week and kept us in the loop. For me, this is the expectation. Our cats are easily stressed and extremely needy, so when we normally arrive home, they are starving for attention. Not this time though. When we arrived home after being gone for 7 days, our boys were so relaxed, healthy, and happy. Even there coats were cleaner and healthier than before. Our house was vacuumed, dusted, bedding and living room blankets washed, trash/recycling was taken out. I'm a bit OCD and left our home extremely clean, but when we arrived home, it was even cleaner. If you are ever in need of a pet sitter, James is the best option. When you arrive home, you will understand exactly what I mean. He has my highest recommendation.

Hayliegh was on time for both drops ins, easy to contact throughout, and sent lots of pictures from the drop ins! Would definitely use again!

Grace is wonderful and super friendly. Her place was clean and there are lots of windows for cats to perch on and bird watch. The area she lived at is also pretty quiet, if that’s something you’re looking for. She took care of my little one (with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and intestinal cancer), a one cat family, and pretty much only lives with leisurely adults. Max takes several pills twice a day and a few liquids (no injections) and because his prescription food converts to a horrid gelatin sticky gunk quickly, he needs to get food several times a day so it stays fresh. Grace always reached out if she had any questions about his meds or anything else that may have been a concern. Plus she sends pictures 😁 It took him a few days to get comfy and Grace made sure he had some private “hiding caves” and reminded her little ones to let him rest and adjust to them. Her daughters ended up building him a kitty condo so he could hide and rest (of course play too). Towards the end of his stay - he started to steal Grace’s bed (just like home). I definitely recommend Grace. I’m confident she’ll take very good care of your precious one(s) too 😁
