Trenton is thorough and communicative! We really appreciate how well he cares for our cats and goes above and beyond to take trash out, bring in a package, etc

Annmarie did a great job he texted twice a day sent pictures, when we got home the babies were in extremely good attitudes. They were certainly missed ever so glad to have her as our new sitter which we will be calling her again thank you so much Ann Marie you're awesome

She was amazing throughout the entire stay! It was my first time using Rover and she made it feel so seamless. At no point was I worried about my cats in her care, truly grateful for her time and attention to them. Hope to work with her again in the future!

Ruby was very kind and responsive the entire time we communicated. She brought up safety precautions during our meet & greet and was overall excellent to work with. My cat Jula was well taken care of by Ruby and I will definitely be rebooking in the future

We had another weekend of great drop in visits! This is my third time working with Vita and I can always rest assured that my bunnies are in good hands while I’m out of town! My husband and I would give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ no hesitation! We boarded our shy diabetic cat with Qing while traveling overseas, and we've never felt more at ease! We received dozens of pictures AND videos every single day along with detailed care notes and it felt like we never left our cat! Medications and injections were done PERFECTLY and closely observed by Qing! Because we had sitter messed up the meds before and can't risk it anymore with a non-professional. It is even better that she has indoor and outdoor security motion cameras, so our kitty is always safe and comfortable in her calm home when we go on next trips. We highly recommend Qing for special and complex needs!

Kevin was great about trying to find our scaredy cat every day and taking care of his needs while we were gone.

Veronica did a great job of taking care of our cats. She sent us daily updates and communicated very well and always asked questions if she wasn't sure or needed more clarification. She spent extra one on one time with our newly adopted somewhat feral kitty working on getting her more socialized.

Dylan was a life saver! We had to scramble for last minute plans and Dylan did a drop in for us while we were out of town. I got lots of pictures and can tell my two cats were loved on.

Natalie is a wonderful cat sitter. She was very attentive to our Snowball.
