I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. Kathryn was absolutely amazing. She was able to cat whisper her way into my kitties hearts. One of them needs ear medicine and has a habit of hiding from everyone so she can’t be found. Kathryn won her confidence on day one and was able to give her medicine every day. I was thrilled. I highly recommend her. She was the best!

We have used Stephanie to look after our two kitties multiple times. She takes amazing care of them and keeps any eye on the house too. She goes above and beyond. We love her!

Brittany is great with the cats and communicating with us while we’re out. This is the second time she’s taken care of the cats and we will definitely be reaching out to her in the future.

We had such a great experience with Momo over the Christmas break. She took wonderful care of our kitties, making sure they were well fed, comfortable, and clearly loved while we were away. Jessica did such a great job playing with and checking in on Tam while we were away for four days. We came home to a clean litter box and a happy kitty.

Tami was great! My kitty tends to be very independent and only snuggles up to me. So I always feel awful leaving her. Tami have her treats and tried to get her to warm up. Penny only had two visits with Tami but I really appreciated the time Tami spent and the effort she put in with Penny. Tami is fantastic! I would highly recommend her!

Caroline was amazing! She was always on time and very reliable. She took wonderful care of my cat, making sure he was fed, had fresh water, and a clean litter box. She also helped me correct a confusing booking online, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond by cleaning up the little messes my mischievous cat made. The cute daily pictures she sent gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I truly felt my cat was in the best hands. She is caring, responsible, and thoughtful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter!

Callaway was great with my dog Willie! He’s a Great Dane mix so it can be difficult to find people who are comfortable with him. He loved meeting her and she was easy to communicate with. I would definitely book with her again!

Elizabeth was a literal life saver when my other sitter did not show up to let me dog out after 16+ hours. She showed up within minutes and took such good care of our boxer. We really appreciate her!💗
