Kathryn was absolutely amazing. She was able to cat whisper her way into my kitties hearts. One of them needs ear medicine and has a habit of hiding from everyone so she can’t be found. Kathryn won her confidence on day one and was able to give her medicine every day. I was thrilled. I highly recommend her. She was the best!

Brittany is great with the cats and communicating with us while we’re out. This is the second time she’s taken care of the cats and we will definitely be reaching out to her in the future.

I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. Callaway was great with my dog Willie! He’s a Great Dane mix so it can be difficult to find people who are comfortable with him. He loved meeting her and she was easy to communicate with. I would definitely book with her again!

We have used Jessica twice now for our cats. She is very detailed oriented and we can tell our cats are well cared for when we are gone. She will definitely be our go-to cat sitter now!

I had to leave town last minute and shortly after moving into a new house so I was very nervous about how my cat would adjust while I was away. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, comfortable, and cared for in a brand-new environment. Paige was awesome! I had a last minute need for a drop in visit and she responded right away and was able to come visit my girl within a few hours. My dog has some special care needs and Paige was really attentive and careful with her. Highly recommend!
