Jenica was truly the perfect match for taking care of my little kitty while we were away! She is extremely considerate and very kind. I will certainly be asking for her again whenever we need a sitter. He is usually pretty dang shy, but he (completely unexpectedly) immediately warmed up to her. She sent amazing pictures of him everyday she visited - they really made my day every time I got them - and ~90% of them have permanently made it into my camera roll. I think she really made a huge difference for everyone on this trip, but especially for my little guy. Thanks Jenica!!

Kumiko was an excellent pet sitter! My cat, Nala, usually takes a while to warm-up but she was quick to let Kumiko pet and love on her. I was so glad Nala got some love while I was gone. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience! Our cat is usually very shy, but she clearly felt comfortable and really grew to love her. She was incredibly considerate, punctual, and genuinely caring throughout the entire stay. We especially appreciated how loving and attentive she was, and how willing she was to communicate, she sent tons of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. She was also very accommodating with our cat’s medical needs, even when they were minor. We would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable sitter.

Ivana was so great to work with. Followed instructions perfectly, sent up updates throughout her stay, and my babies loved her! Sweet and flexible. My one pup was on medication and she followed up with how she was handling it and what to do. Highly recommend her!!

I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. Jackson is amazing. We have an anxious dog who has some fear based aggression and had issues with every sitter we have tried in the past. Jackson has been willing to take on the challenge and working toward earning Hank's trust. He seems to be very understanding of dogs like Hank unlike any other sitter we have worked with. Jackson was willing to spend a lot of time at a meet and greet working with Hank as well.
