Jessica was wonderful! She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures while we were gone. She even helped us with our trash bins and left our home nice and clean.

Ivana was so great to work with. Followed instructions perfectly, sent up updates throughout her stay, and my babies loved her! Sweet and flexible. My one pup was on medication and she followed up with how she was handling it and what to do. Highly recommend her!!

This was my first time using Kendal as a sitter and it was very obvious from the check-ins that Kendal really built a relationship with our cat Soot over the week we were away! I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better.
