Lynne was wonderful - one of our cats is skiddish around people, but Lynne sent pictures of them playing, laying down, eating. Ratih is absolutely incredible with animals. My boy is 14 and very stubborn when I have to leave out of town but Ratih is very patient and caring for your pets we are lucky to have found her in the area! Communication is always phenomenal I never have to wonder how my boy is doing with Ratihs updates which I greatly appreciate. Definitely recommend considering Ratih whenever you need someone to care for your animals!
