Brianna does such a wonderful job communicating with me about my dog and all of the new experiences or challenges he encounters. I really appreciate how she keeps me updated—not only if there’s something I may want to work on with my dog, but even about the little things, like meeting another friendly dog on a walk or wind chimes that startled him since he had never seen before. Walking him through those new sounds or experiences to help him be confident and calm while looking to her for guidance. Her communication gives me peace of mind and helps me better understand how my dog is doing and what we can continue working on.
