Ingrid gets 5 stars for being punctual and reliable with excellent communication. We had to be out of town due to a bereavement, and knowing Ingrid was on the job taking care of our dog gave us one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Taylor! She was great with our lab puppy on short notice. It was obvious she has a lot of knowledge & experience dealing with dogs. She went above and beyond by bringing special treats and telling us where to get them when our puppy loved them.

Ellyse is always wonderful with my two cats! They love seeing her each day and her care for them is exceptional. Verona needed eye drops this time and she took care of this for me.

Kacey is the best! She once again took amazing care of my two cats, Bruno and Kitty, while I was away. She came by twice a day and always went the extra mile—making sure Kitty actually ate and giving Bruno his favorite catnip time. I loved getting her detailed updates and adorable photos after each visit—they made it so easy to relax while I was away. When I got home, both cats were happy, calm, and clearly well-loved. Jazmyne did a great job checking in on my 2 cats. She contacted me during each visit and sent pictures of my cats. I would not hesitate to have her take care of them again.

We used Taylor's drop-in service for the first time and it was pretty short notice, so we really appreciate her being able to accommodate. She was very responsive. In addition, our dogs seemed to have gotten comfortable with her so quickly. She really did a great job and we would definitely use her service again should we need it.
