As always Joyce took really good care of Nala despite Nala’s desire to stay hidden. I appreciate the updates that Joyce provides, she is always good about the communication which is so appreciated when you are away from your animals, especially when they are elderly.
My cats are safe, happy and thriving when in Erin's care. I never have to worry, although we all do when we have to leave our babies for periods of time. Knowing my kitties are entertained and fed is paramount, and Erin really cares for your pets like they are her own precious family. I'm so appreciative of Erin's awesome care for my pets, ahe goes above and beyond (grabbing packages outside, mail, etc.) and is thoughtful and kind. I hope to have her care for my girls always! As usual, Gloria took excellent care of our beloved fur baby, my plants, and our home! She was easy to communicate with while we were away, too. It’s always nice to return to a clean, orderly home, a fed, happy and well-cared-for cat, and scooped litter boxes! We and our cat love Gloria!

Kris was super patient and took the time to wait for responses, even though we were busy with family. It was very kind to not mind extended the visit window just to be sure everything was taken care of correctly
Veronica was very communicative and sent me consistent updates/pictures of my kitties while I was out of the country. She even went as far as getting a new bag of litter before I returned to save me the effort since the litter was low. She also gave my spicy cat the space he required and all the pets/loves on my more social cat. I will definitely book Veronica again in the future.
