Lauren was the best with our cats! She is very responsive, feels comfortable around animals, and gave the upmost care to our pets. I appreciated her check-ins throughout the visits as well as her willingness to follow through with all of our nuanced care instructions.

Jasmin is great! This is my first time of having a cat sitter, so I was a little nervous, but everything went great. We had a meeting before the visit to introduce my cat and Jasmin to each other and confirm many visit details. And after the visit I got a detailed summary with many photos, my cat seems pretty happy!

Yijun watched my cats for me and took such good care of them. She was so sweet and attentive to the cats and gave me great updates every day. Will absolutely hire again.

I left my cat Cloudy with their care for almost two weeks and it couldn't have gone better! I had an excellent experience with my pet sitter despite a large time difference—I was in Asia, and she was in Seattle. Even when I was delayed in responding, sometimes by 10 or more minutes, she was incredibly patient and flexible, adjusting her schedule so that each visit still lasted a full hour. After every visit with my cat, she provided detailed notes and consistently checked in to ask if additional care—like trimming fur or nails—was needed. She even asked if I wanted my cat taken for walks. Despite us never meeting in person, our communication was seamless. On top of that, she went the extra mile by cleaning up some mess my cat made and returned my key to my neighbor. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to other pet owners!
