Heather was amazing! Our kitty was so well taken care of and she administered his medicine on schedule. It gave us comfort to know he was in such great hands. Will definitely use her services again.

Teresa was absolutely wonderful! She took great care of our furry friend and handled everything calmly and responsibly, even when an unexpected issue came up and we weren’t immediately reachable. She also watered our plants and brought in our packages, which we truly appreciated. Communication was thoughtful, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. We had a really great experience with Kseniia taking care of our cats. She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter boxes clean, refreshed food and water, and took wonderful care of our cats. One of our cats is usually very selective about people, but he came out to her and even enjoyed being petted and played with, which says a lot. She even offered to clean up the mess the cats had made, even though we hadn’t asked. We were able to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind, knowing our cats were in caring and reliable hands. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using the Rover.com service, and first time working with Jackie, and we could not be more pleased and grateful. Jackie is thoughtful, easy to work with, and very responsive. Plus, she sent us a daily message with photos of our cat while we were traveling, which made the days and distance melt away. We plan on getting in touch with Jackie again the next time we travel.

Xiaoxiao was fantastic! She was incredibly attentive and responsible with the drop-in visits. Her communication was excellent—she was proactive in keeping me updated and always replied quickly. She was so friendly to my cats, and I could tell that our cats really liked her too. I highly recommend her!

Lindsay took great care of our 2 cats. They require pills twice a day and one of them is a finicky eater and they are love to play but are hard to get playing. She established trust with them, they seemed comfortable with her and were eating well. Her communication with us was great. Through her check in descriptions and great pictures we had a good idea of how the cats were doing so we weren’t worried if they were comfortable or happy.

Elizabeth is such a kind human and went above and behind to take care of our two kitties & home! I would highly recommend booking with her and will definitely use her in the future :)

Tiffany was very diligent and caring to my old boy who had diabetes. We were gone a week and she took such outstanding care of him. She was patient with him and even bought him treats and toys. I could not have chose a better sitter. She was better then any family member caring for him. I felt very comfortable knowing she watch him. She also kept my plants alive while I was gone which was a big plus. I can't thank her enough.
