Joyce treated Teddy as he was her own and I was so relieved that she was able to help.

This was my first time using Rover and I chose Linda H. based on proximity, but more importantly- that she had over 200 positive reviews, and I think 57 repeat clients. I hired her to do a couple drop-in visits to check on our cat. The meet-and-greet went very well, my boyfriend and I were immediately comfortable with her. She helped us understand the process, and was flexible with our needs and timing, and safety. During our getaway, I got notifications for when Linda checked-in and out for the timing we agreed upon, and she sent a bunch of photos, and descriptions of how each visit went. That was very reassuring to know what was happening, and how our cat was doing. Overall, everything went very well, our cat really liked her, and we look forward to booking Linda again in the future when we go on trips! Only good things to say about Linda! Thank you so much for taking care of our sweet girl! You gave us all the peace of mind we needed.
