Dog Boarding in Custer

Chelsea was great! She watched our dog for two nights. I visited her place and her own dogs were so well behaved, I was really impressed. She communicated and always got back to me quickly and sent me a couple pictures while we were away. We would definitely hire her again and recommend her to our friends and family!

This is Toby's home away from home. Kris and her family have been amazing watching Toby while we are out of town. When we went to the hospital to have our little one. She was so flexible when we ended up needing to be in the hospital for over a week. Big thanks to Kris and her family.

Thank you so much for being open and available as our previous sitters had fallen through. Maisie came back all hyped up and tired. Threw her in the bath and she went right to sleep. We appreciate you taking good care of her. There is only a couple times a year that we can't take her with us so we will see you again, if you'll have her and with more notice.

Lisa and her daughter, Sara, took the best care of our dog over a long weekend. They took her on fun excursions, played ball and sent us lots of photos. Our dog felt very comfortable in their home and was a tired, happy pup when we picked her up. We will definitely be using them again!!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! I had to leave town unexpectedly because of an emergency, and she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive, flexible, and gave me complete peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. My dog can get anxious in environments with a lot of other dogs, so Jennifer's setup was absolutely perfect. She took the time to make sure he was comfortable, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. I received updates throughout his stay, and he came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I couldn't recommend Jennifer more highly. If you're looking for someone who is kind, reliable, and truly treats your dog like family, she's the one to book!

Lenore (and Rook) are absolutely wonderful! Lenore is so gracious, flexible, and communicative. She sends lots of pictures and videos of Mark and Rook playing and she was even incredibly flexible when our schedule took a turn and had to make some last minute changes. We have sent our playful pup, Marty, to her twice and both times he has come home so happy and tired from all the play! Would recommend and will continue to send Marty!

This was the first time we had boarded our dogs with anyone other than family. It was a great success! Dolly met th dogs prior to our trip and they appeared relaxed and happy when we left them. Dolly kept us updated with pictures while we were gone and when our daughter picked them up she described them as “ happy to see her, but not very excited to leave Dolly”. They even were bathed before pick up! We could not have asked for anything more and will happily have the dogs vacation with Dolly when we take trips again.

Minerva was a very good match for my dog - excellent communication, extremely responsive to all inquiries and requests, and an environment that was really good for boarding dogs - huge back yard, always other dogs around for companionship, walks every day. Highly recommended.

Ok this is way overdue as we have rebooked several times with Kelsey. I have had multiple boarding failures in the area until I found her and I am so thankful I did! I trust her with my boys whole-heartedly and never worry about their well being when we are away. She is knowledgable, trustworthy, and accessible when it comes to communication. The second I pull into the neighborhood my pups are PUMPED because they know exactly where they are going (they quite literally sprint to her front door every time we drop them off). Anyway, I could go on and on about Kelsey and her fam. 1000000+ stars.

I believe Bella had a great time with Lisa. I received numerous pictures and videos of Bella during her stay which proved she had so much fun and well taken care of.

Wei and Long are amazing! I was nervous leaving my older dog (Hugo, 10 years old) with them as he is a handful and they were so patient. Leo is my younger dog and was cuddling up to Wei in no time at all! Very thankful to have come across Wei and Long and will definitely be using them again very soon for when we go on vacation. It is hard to trust anybody with your animals - but Wei & Long will care for your pups as if there your own!

Susan took great care of our nervous in new situations little dog while we were away. Our dog settled in quicker than usual with her, and we were grateful to know she felt safe. We will be using her services again!

Sheila was wonderful! She was attentive and loving to our little dog's needs. We were very pleased and hope to use her services again in the future.

Cade was very communicative and sent loads of pictures! He made sure my pup had a great time and had plenty of space to roam, but not too much space, haha. He gave my pup so much consideration, to make sure he was comfortable and settled into the space and not overwhelmed by new experiences.

Lauren was amazing! We really appreciate her transporting the dogs, sending us pictures daily, taking them for walks, and the updates! We will definitely be using her for our dogs again!

Shari & Richard were available very last minute when we feared we may have to alter our travel plans. They sent photos and were very responsive to all of our communication. Stanley had an amazing time at their house (judging from the photos and videos they sent as well as how tired he’s been since he got home) and he even learned some new tricks. Thank you Shari and Richard for looking after our boy!!!

Always excellent time with Heather. My puppy comes home happy and eagerly goes to Heather’s next time. Bella feels right at home with Heather.
