We loved how well Nova took care of our dog! We felt very comfortable leaving our *high-matinence* giant breed dog in her care. This was the first time ever using the service and Autumn. After the initial “Meet and Greet” with Autumn she immediately calmed my hesitation. After I saw how amazing she was with Nova my nerves were set at ease. While gone, she regularly was sending me photos with their activities and Nova was loving life! Alondra was wonderful! She communicates very well, is very friendly, polite, nice. She asks all the right questions and stays in contact sending me pictures of my puppy. My puppy was very happy and loving upon my return, versus a wild rascal when he has stayed with others. The house was in excellent condition.
