Joana is amazing! It was a huge load off our back that she cleaned up after the kitties, because they make such a mess. This was not expected and we are grateful for her time.

Alina was an absolute dream come true, and we feel so lucky to have found her. From our very first meet and greet, it was immediately clear how knowledgeable, professional, and comfortable she is with animals. Our dog is high energy and usually shy and skittish with new people, but Alina connected with her right away. She even tried a few commands and tricks during the visit, and our dog responded instantly - something we rarely see with new people. That alone gave us so much confidence. Even our typically reserved cat came right up to her, which told us everything we needed to know. Alina went above and beyond with communication. She took the time to clearly outline the plan for multiple drop ins and an extended overnight stay, and she provided thorough daily updates with photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. What stood out most is that it truly felt like she enjoyed spending time with our pets, and they clearly enjoyed her too. That kind of care and attention is priceless. When we returned home, not only were our animals happy and well cared for, but our house was spotless. She took care of everything in a way that allowed us to fully relax on our trip and come home without a single worry. We cannot recommend Alina highly enough. She is reliable, professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We will absolutely be booking with her again.

Samantha took very good care of our 2 cats. We received pictures and updates promptly after every visit and she went above and beyond to make our cats feel loved. I highly recommend her.

Andi is very dependable and conscientious. She gives our senior cats great care, love and attention. They are both on medication and she doesn’t have any problems administering it. She is a good communicator and asks if she has any questions.

Timea was extremely attentive, wonderfully skilled with what I think is a difficult dog, and extremely kind and affectionate. She'd won my nala over within only the first hour of spending time with her.

Rachel Angela took care of our dogs for the first time today and did an awesome job! Super communicative and prompt and it’s obvious she cares for the dogs! One of our girls is shy and she warmed up to Rachel Angela in no time! Thanks for the peace of mind knowing our dogs are safe and having a good time with you!

Cheryl was a great "cat whisperer" as always! Even our ultra skittish, very shy kitty warmed up to her. We always appreciate the special connection she has with animals.

Brooke has been amazing and has provided consistent and loving care to our 2 dogs with her 2x week visits for over a year. We absolutely trust her with our 2 dogs - one of them being a rambunctious golden retriever puppy! She is very responsive and has excellent communication skills.. We 100% recommend her for all of her Rover services - you and your pets will love her!

Saraswati was the perfect cat-sitter for us. We have very old cats (16 and 17 years old) that require a lot of extra care, and so we were looking for someone really special and attentive to take care of them during our recent vacation. Saraswati went above and beyond to meet their needs--petting and playing with them, cleaning their bowls often, and sending photos of their cat boxes before and after being cleaned every single day. We loved getting her updates on how Pigeon and Little were faring, and seeing how much love they were receiving in our absence. Highly recommend!

Juniper was absolutely incredible! Our 9-month old pup was nervous about having a new person checking in, and it was his first time with longer bouts on his own, and Juniper was so incredibly patient and helpful. Made sure he was comfortable, was incredibly communicative through the whole process. We felt so at-ease and knew that he and our cat were in the very best hands. Honestly it's a shame there's only 5 stars available, Juniper went above and beyond what we ever could've expected.

Ashlei has been a terrific help! Our high maintenance Boxer is very comfortable with her. Great communication and flexibility. Highly recommend.
