Yu was responsive and communicative. He sent such seeet pictures of our baby. She was very happy when we got home. I will definitely reach out the next time we need drop-in visits. Thank you, Yu!

We had a really great experience with Kseniia taking care of our cats. She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter boxes clean, refreshed food and water, and took wonderful care of our cats. One of our cats is usually very selective about people, but he came out to her and even enjoyed being petted and played with, which says a lot. She even offered to clean up the mess the cats had made, even though we hadn’t asked. We were able to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind, knowing our cats were in caring and reliable hands. Highly recommend!

April was so attentive and responsive to schedule with and while watching our cats. She took such good care of them and kept us informed of any health issue. I can tell our cats really like her and feel safe with her by the way they responded too, especially Boo who is normally extremely shy with new people. Thank you April! We will definitely request you next time!

Aidan was fantastic with our two cats while my partner and I were out of town for the holidays. He was extremely communicative, both prior to and during our visits, and it was clear that he wanted to ensure our cats were as happy and healthy as could be. He was especially understanding with one of our kitties who tends to be a bit spicy and who can have anxiety with new people. We really appreciate him taking the time to clean litter boxes, refresh water, feed food, and enjoy treats and play time with the kitties on each visit. One thing that stood out about Aidan was that he went out of his way to pick up some additional treats for our cats that had run out and provided detailed updates and many photos each day. I couldn't recommend Aidan more!

As soon as I met Dana I knew Totoro would be in great hands. She is experienced and knowledgeable with cats and dogs, which was a relief to us since it was our cat's first time boarding elsewhere. Dana was flexible with our booking, took it last minute and was not fazed by Totoro's medication needs. We received regular pictures, updates and even got to interact with some of the kittens she was fostering! Totoro got a room for himself with a window perch that he really enjoyed, brushed and daily cuddling sessions. I would absolutely recommend Dana for any pet care needs!

Grace is amazing! She went above and beyond for all my pets, both furry and scaly while I was gone. She gave great updates and I slept well thousands of miles away knowing that all my babies were being attended to with attention and care. I highly recommend her for all your pet-sitting needs.

Lindsay took great care of our 2 cats. They require pills twice a day and one of them is a finicky eater and they are love to play but are hard to get playing. She established trust with them, they seemed comfortable with her and were eating well. Her communication with us was great. Through her check in descriptions and great pictures we had a good idea of how the cats were doing so we weren’t worried if they were comfortable or happy.

Elizabeth is such a kind human and went above and behind to take care of our two kitties & home! I would highly recommend booking with her and will definitely use her in the future :)
