House Sitting in Edmonds

Michelle is an excellent communicator, great with our large dogs, and leaves the house very tidy! We received updates and photos twice a day which is always so nice when away from our fur babies.

If II could give more than a 5 star rating I would! Came home to a clean house, everything done BEYOND what I asked. And Arlo and Hamish...I think they miss Kyle more than they are happy to have us home. They are so content and settled I KNOW they were well-cared for! Many kudos to Kyle!

Charlotte was AMAZING with Rory! From great communication to genuine care, everything was seamless. Rory was happy and calm, when we returned, which says it all. Our house was left cleaner than we left it. We’re so grateful to have found her and will definitely be repeat clients.

Absolutely outstanding sitter! Michele took such great care of my little girl Sydney who is a disabled doxie. She also just lost her brother and so it was especially important to make sure she had lots of attention and snuggled which Michelle clearly did. We were most grateful. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Maya did a wonderful job taking care of our two "boys" (Havanese). She did everything we asked of her and more! We loved that she sent pictures every day. We will enthusiastically ask for her again!!

When we need to leave town and require a house/dog sitter, we usually trade off with friends and family. We weren't able to do that this time so we reached out to Rover and were lucky enough to find Annie B AND were lucky that she was available the weekend that we needed her! She hung out with and took care of our 12-year old black lab, even letting her sleep at the foot of the bed. (Mind you, this is not a small dog. This is a 75-pound pup who only THINKS she's a lap dog!) Annie B was quick to respond to all communications and since we needed to be gone on a Friday, offered to work from our home so our dog wouldn't have to be alone for more than a couple hours at a time. She sent us pictures of how things were going. She was respectful of our home and garden and cleaned up after our pup while they were out in the yard. We asked Annie B to make herself at home while she house/dog sat and she did, even baked a cake and left our kitchen cleaner than she found it. Annie B feels like a neighborhood friend, now, and we'll reach out to her again when we need to be away from home overnight in the future.

Really appreciated Dylan and Nikki's flexibility around the holidays to board our pup as well as check in on our cats. All the animals seemed great and the pictures were always nice to see each day. Everything was super smooth and came home and everyone was back in the routine without anyone missing a beat.

We are first time Rover users and were happy working with Tyler. Our two Deerhounds received plenty of walks and seem comfortable and relaxed with him. He stayed at our place and left it in great shape, too! He also went out of his way to do little extras for us, like feeding my fish and misting my son’s orchid. We really appreciated our dogs being able to remain at home in Tyler’s care.

Laney was so great with our dogs! We have a 16 year old dog and another dog who can be a bit reactive at times. Laney put us at ease saying she’s dealt with both in the past. She was very friendly and communicative- we really appreciated the photos of the dogs while we were gone. Can’t wait to have her sit again in the future!

Holly is fantastic! She has been housesitting for us for the last three and a half years. Can't say enough positive about her. She is dependable, clean and thorough - all around a really sweet person who does an exceptional job.

John is great! He took care of our house and pets while we were traveling. This was not an easy task because each of our pets were on a different diet and needed to be fed multiple times a day. Thanks for John we didn't worry. We will totally rebook again!

My absolute go-to dogsitter! My dog adores David and I joke that she smiles bigger for him then for me! I feel so comfortable leaving my precious girl with him and his updates and care for animals is next level! I can’t recommend him enough!

Mackenzie was a really great sitter! She was quick to respond to my numerous check-ins — I was anxious about leaving Bang home with someone else for the first time in a while, and she put me completely at ease. She sent lots of pictures and even crocheted him a little party hat, which she left out on the table for us to find when we got home. The house was spotless when she left — she took out the trash, folded the bedding, and tidied up before heading out. I would 10000% book her again. She's amazing, and Bang clearly had a great time with her!

Sebastian did a great job house sitting for us for a week. We have a senior kitty that we are afraid to leave without a human here to keep an eye on him and a younger adult kitty that is a bit of a rascal. Sebastian handled our senior kitties medicine perfectly and took great care of our place. It was such a relief to have someone we could trust watch over our boys while we were dealing with last minute preparations for our destination wedding. As a cat dad I felt extra comfort trusting in another cat dad. I would absolutely recommend Sebastian for house sitting or check ins if you are considering him as I’ve had both services from him.

Kristy won our older dog over! They’re scared of strangers and Kristy was kind and gentle while earning his trust. Our puppy loved Kristy and he was well taken care of. Kristy handled both dogs needs with ease and care! Will book again.

Nancy took wonderful care of our dogs! We came back to a clean house and happy pups! We also received at least one picture a day and an update. Perfect.

Mary was just the best dog/house-sitter one could ask for. Needed somebody for a long weekend trip and our normal Rover wasn’t available. Really glad we reached out to Mary. Went above and beyond taking care of our two dogs and sending lots of photos and updates. Will definitely be using her again in the future.
