Minh was AMAZING, caring for Comet while I was out of town. She sent updates multiple times a day and each photo showed Comet smiling and happy. She truly is the best!

Rose was wonderful with my cat Bunny. Bunny is not a warm and fuzzy cat. She warmed up to Rose. I could tell by the pictures she took that she sent me daily. Bunny was calm and sweet when I got home. I will request Rose again.

This was my first time using Rover.com and I had a great experience thanks to Paul. He is professional and responsive, and this was the most stress-free time I’ve had away from my 10 year old Golden with separation anxiety.

Matthew is a fantastic pet sitter. He communicates well, always shows up on time, and is very reliable. He is kind, gentle, and patient with my pets. I would definitely hire Matthew again. I needed to go on a short trip and was really worried about leaving my 2 little dogs and 2 cats, especially since two of them are senior and require medications and special attention, and are not used to being around people they don't know well. Matthew was kind and gentle with them, and after a few days even my grouchy senior girl had warmed up to him. I was amazed that she laid in his lap and let him pet her tummy!

Not only did Victoria make my husband and I feel fully comfortable that she was taking great care of our dog on our vacation, but when our flights got severely delayed, she also stepped up and stayed for another night and made sure to check on her the next day. We were so appreciative of all of her help ❤️

EJ was amazing! She took great care of our 2 Shih Tzu’s and our home while we were out of town for a couple of days! Highly recommend her!

Andrea was absolutely phenomenal caring for Hiro and Bella. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. From the very beginning, her communication stood out. She kept us consistently updated with thoughtful messages and plenty of pictures, which gave us so much reassurance while we were away. It was clear that Hiro and Bella weren’t just being watched, they were being genuinely cared for with so much love, attention, and tenderness. Andrea went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she meet all of their needs, but she also left our home even cleaner than we left it, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. That level of care and respect speaks volumes about her professionalism and character. Thanks to Andrea, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our trip, knowing our pets and home were in the best possible hands. Her rates are also incredibly reasonable for the exceptional level of service she provides. Vanessa did great with our pups and kitty! She is sweet and gave lots of updates.

Jazmyne did a great job with my senior cat. He gets very nervous when his mama is gone, but knowing Jazmyne was there gave me great comfort. She gave me daily updates and sent pictures, so I knew how my boy was doing each day I was away. She followed my directions to a tee, and kept me informed when anything seemed out of the ordinary. As a bonus, my house was spotless when I arrived home, which was SO nice to come back to after being gone for an extended weekend. Don’t hesitate to book with Jazmyne; she is very conscientious, and clearly loves the animals she cares for as if they were her own.

Andrhu stayed over the holiday weekend at our house and when we got home everything was in order and all animals were happy and well taken care of (and we have a lot). He was very communicative and responsive to all messages. We would definitely use him again!

Khaytlen did such a good job with my large apartment dog during a 5 day trip I took. I was so impressed with how pristine my house was when I got back, and I so appreciated her daily updates and taking him out on little adventures. I felt like my dog was so safe with her and her communication was top notch.
