I’m a first time Rover-user and Erica did a great job with my cat! Would definitely have her catsit again. My kitty is very skittish and she handled that very well and was very communicative. She went above and beyond where she could and it was greatly appreciated!

Helena was a wonderful caregiver for our two cats, Leto & Sebastian. The photos and updates she sent us were both timely as well as adorable, and I really appreciated her thorough communication and obvious consideration for our animals. And when one of our cats had an unexpected issue with her eyes, Claire was quick to let us know and to do everything she could to take care of Marcy and to help us make sure she was okay even when we were far away and so worried about her. Madisyn was very detailed oriented and responded properly to any communications from me. She did a perfect job of taking care of my two cats, including managing my asthmatic cat’s medication. I won’thesitate to use her again.

Melanie was very professional and communicative. She did a thorough pre-pet sitting meeting where she clearly demonstrated her understanding of caring for animals. I had to change some timing of my pets care and she was very flexible. My cat needs special medicine that Melanie was able to administer without issue.

Halle took great care in our little fur babies! She sent us pics every day which really helped put my husband and I at ease. To our relief, Alisha was available during the Christmas holidays. Our regular sitter was out of town and recommended her highly. Alisha braved terrible weather to drop in and care for our kitty. We’re grateful for her reliable service.

Really helped my kitties out by hanging out with them and playing with them. Was very patient with me and flexible when my flight was pushed a day. I loved the photos and videos she sent.

Lisa definitely lived up to the other glowing reviews. She visited our house daily to feed, water and take care of the litter box for our two cats. She is reliable and even made friends with our often-shy Siamese kitty. We appreciated the daily pictures and reports cards while we were away on our week-long trip. We would highly recommend Lisa for your away pet-sitting needs! Hopefully she will still be providing here excellent services the next time we take a trip to visit family.

Ruby watched our girl Luna while we were away for a work trip. She made Luna feel very comfortable, and my husband and I were relieved knowing our girl was being watched by an incredibly trustworthy person. Ruby also brought in packages for us and notified us where she left them in our place. We highly recommend Ruby and will be having her pet sit for us again!
